“I have rented from Penske twice now (both times through this location) and I have had WONDERFUL experiences! The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. For a 1-way move, they are a FRACTION of the cost of their competitors. For a local move, their prices are comparable to competitors...but when renting with a certain "U-competitor", your truck is NOT guaranteed to be available on the day of pick up! Who would want to risk showing up & having no truck available to rent, after you already called to reserve one!? Not to mention this competitor exemplifies horrendous customer service. Penske provides excellent pricing, guaranteed availability for the truck you reserved, and fantastic customer service. Moral of the story is, rent from Penske!”
“Kyle is a real one. He was able to work with me to get my patio set loaded in two runs as opposed to three, and he made sure everything was dry on a rainy day. For the icing on the cake he stopped me from leaving so that he could give me the cushions I forgot.Kyle is the hero we all need. Give that kid a raise!”

“Right from the start it looked like a safe facility so I needed to store some of my belongings because I was moving out of state and I was very pleased with the prices and cleanliness of the storage facility. After I moved my items into the storage unit I noticed that part of the seal on the bottom of the overhead door was missing so I asked Dave (manager) if I could get them to replace the seal so I left one of my keys their so the maintenance man could get in the unit and replace the seal and the day after I dropped the key off for access it was done . Dave seems like a knowledgeable and nice guy and I appreciate his promptness in getting that seal replaced to keep any mice or rain from getting in the unit and possibly damaging my belongings.Thank you Dave !
