“Clean and friendly. Better then the northland store. Chiefs is the only store left that has a meat and cold counters which I love over prepackaged. Since meijer did away with theirs, I only go to cable cheifs for my meats, pasta salads, and more. Prices are little higher but I will pay the prices for better quality and freshness.”
“Man, this place has been here for years, and from age 10 to 44, I could tell many a story from this place. But, sticking with what's important here, the staff here are friendly, at least two know my cigarettes when I walk in and have them ready for me. A bit pricy on grocery items, but you'll get that because convenience store prices, and if you need it, you'll pay it. I've never had a single issue there, though if seen customers treat that staff like garbage since they're foreign, which is pretty sad. These people work like any other people, better sometimes. Even the older white lady that works occasionally is pretty nice, not overly friendly, but nice. Apparently, the luckiest place to buy lottery tickets, too. Just wish some of their products has prices on the shelf labels. All in all, great local store.”

“Thank God these stores survived especially right now. I don't know really what I'd do. I can't pay the 3.25$ a milk DG wants. Its crazy how they are a dollar store, and because of convenience, they charge that much. Who there hurting the most is people going in there in a budget trying to get there household needs cheap and have to cash out because of. It shouldn't be like a gas station charging that much. So I'm glad there are still stores that aren't using this situation to be greedy”
“Generally pretty good place. Usually employees are friendly. Saw a new employee today (that I didn’t recognize anyways). Name on the receipt says Anna. She didn’t greet me as I came to the register, nor did she tell me to have a good day or anything of the sort. Told me the total and gave me the receipt lol. I still said thanks of course but it makes the encounter a lot less friendly.I received exceptional service from a guy working register about a week ago, and I frequently see a woman with darker hair and complexion that is very friendly as well. Good job to them for going above and beyond! It’s the employees that make for a good experience in any store.”

As a delivery person we deal with multiple personalities but this place is full of great employees, they call by my name, always smile and say good morning. A few key people, Lisa, she is always gracious and asks how I am doing, Mike in meats always takes time to say hello and Don in Boots puts a smile on my face that I carry all day!”

“I don't usually leave reviews but instead of the item ringing up one of my pops it rang up a completely different item which threw my total off and messed up my Digitals. The manager Stephanie and the new district manager were so nice and didn't hesitate to correct it. Their customer service goes above normal standards. The store is always stocked and not a mess like most that I encounter.”
“I don't normally go in, I don't people so I do pick up orders. Today though I needed to add a couple items so I went in quickly, and noticed their grocery section, and craft section are well stocked and even have items, like buttons, I don't see at other Walmart. 5 stars for sure.”
“I got the taco salad and i didnt hear her say the size and when it came it was huge.The guy in the next booth said he wished he had a camera cause the look on my face when i saw how big it was was priceless.He said he would have sent it to Americas funniest video.I ate half and took the rest home and ate it for supper.There was 4 of us and we will be back next month. ty”

“Go here often, they have feture other dollar generals don't have like a produce section and a self checkout. But they normally only have 1 or 2 workers which can be problematic at times. Either way they have a wide selection and cool workers.”
