If you can’t find what you need, they’ll help you find it in store or online and get it shipped to you. I had a bit of an issue with an online order and they were fabulous in helping me get it cleared up. Highly recommend!”

“I needed a new AVR did a ton of research and I decided a Sony ES5000 was the best choice for me. I usually buy my stuff at Best Buy but they didn't have one to listen to and Sound & Vision did so I left a message before they were open and I got a call from Jax Mellinger. He said they had one set up in the switch room and we could come and listen to it and see what we thought. I was a little hesitant going to a high end store but so glad that I did. There was no sales pressure, just good information so I could make a decision, we decided to buy it from Jax at Sound & Vision. I had a few questions and have Jax's Email and his help if I need it. I am really happy with my purchase and hope to be back to the store soon!”

“As a full-time student, I don't have a ton of time for shopping. I love the drive-up/pickup options at this location! Not to mention the staff- i've never had a bad interaction with any employee at this location. one of the drive up team members had 3+ orders on her cart when she brought out my drive up order, and still maintained a positive attitude while handing me my bag. I wish I caught her name so i could give her a shout out, but she was great. :)”

“Everyone at this location was absolutely wonderful and so helpful, especially the worker who helped me ( I think his name is Josh? So mad at myself that I cannot remember!) I was eligible for an upgrade per my plan and had visited another T Mobile location in the same day before coming to this one. At the other store, they sort of shooed me out, not even looking up my plan information or anything about me at all and told me I would not be eligible for an upgrade due to a crack on the back of my phone. This location was so wonderful and took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I got my upgrade, just like I was told after switching plans. Thank you to everyone at this store!”

“Since the store went private, it’s been a huge difference. It is nice to see all the pumps work and the customer service is much better.

I love the way the store is being decorated inside and how much time the employees spend on keeping it well stocked and clean.

“I have to thank Jeff and Jordan, VERY VERY VERY HELPFUL. I am a T-Mobile customer. I had an issue with another customer on Verizon's network, somehow they had bought a phone and it seems that they did not pay their bill or this was some kind of fraudulent activity with the same hardware IMEI number as my phone. Long story short this meant that my phone ended up on Verizon's block list causing me to no longer be able to activate my phone on any carrier. My phone was stuck in SOS mode on T-Mobile service. T-Mobile could not fix this issue. I contacted Verizon support over the phone and finally after many many calls and many many hours... actually 2 days of working on this, the guys at the Verizon corporate store here were able to look into the issue for real. Everyone else at Verizon was extremely unhelpful. Especially in their call center for support. These guys here helped me immediately with no questions asked and they trace down as much information as they possibly could get that day. Just one day later they had the whole situation fixed somehow. I thought for sure that regardless of the situation, it was going to take many days. Unfortunately I had already bought a new phone, but this did then allow me to trade this in at the Apple Store for trade-in credit. Yes, this issue prevented me from activating the phone AND trading it in. My phone was a brick, it was a really bad situation.

Thank you guys so much you were unbelievably helpful when the rest of Verizon support was not!!!! It means a lot to me.”

“Just made another ? run for a variety of stuff. Curbside @ the Cuyahoga Falls location was incredibly fast and friendly. I was also impressed by how quickly the shipping portion of the order was prepared and ready to be picked up by UPS before my curbside order was ready today. Now that is some super fast service. Did Target hire some magical workers from the N. Pole for Xmas help? Whatever they did it has made my shopping experience less stressful. Now I just need to wait on UPS & USPS (that's a disaster). Hope your experience is just as ? fast.”
