“As a full-time student, I don't have a ton of time for shopping. I love the drive-up/pickup options at this location! Not to mention the staff- i've never had a bad interaction with any employee at this location. one of the drive up team members had 3+ orders on her cart when she brought out my drive up order, and still maintained a positive attitude while handing me my bag. I wish I caught her name so i could give her a shout out, but she was great. :)”

“I was there today for store soft opening, the grand opening is actually tomorrow 10/12/19. Typical Ross store for those who aren't familiar with this store its like a Marshall or TJ Maxx but slightly cheaper. So far good store with stocked shelves.”
“Just made another ? run for a variety of stuff. Curbside @ the Cuyahoga Falls location was incredibly fast and friendly. I was also impressed by how quickly the shipping portion of the order was prepared and ready to be picked up by UPS before my curbside order was ready today. Now that is some super fast service. Did Target hire some magical workers from the N. Pole for Xmas help? Whatever they did it has made my shopping experience less stressful. Now I just need to wait on UPS & USPS (that's a disaster). Hope your experience is just as ? fast.”
“I often shop here when I run out of something. While CVS is next door, I can always find the product whether it food, trash bags, or writing tools. Very convenient to shop with friendly employees.”
“It was okay. Really got security in there amped up but don't bother me. They walk around in vests and stuff though. Prices are really good and have nice stuff as well.”

“Nice place to waste some time and money. Hard to love this store with big lots nextdoor. As far as grabbing little odds and ends and cool tshirts this place is a go also the new candy section is pretty cool.”
