What a great employee, saw me struggling to find sauerkraut, left the cashier station to come help me without me saying a word. Great customer service skills make this guy a manager! We absolutely DO notice!”

“Everyone was so kind and helpful by first time in today. I bought some chana dahl for my cold and it was very delicious. I think I got 3 or 4 lbs for $2. The parking over there has always been a problem, but it's not their fault. Park around the corner and walk 5 steps, it is worth it.”

“A nice shopping experience. I love the different cart sizes, self checkout option, and open layout of the store. Almost everyone has been willing to help find any items you are having trouble finding. They have a lot of specialty finds and their deli, meat, and seafood area has a TON of fresh options that you can’t find at other grocery places nearby. The shopping experience as a whole is definitely better than places like Marcs, ACME or Walmart. My one pet peeve is that the women’s room is almost always requiring attention and that there are only 2 stalls and a super old hand dryer. If they could update it or maybe add one additional bathroom in the opposite corner of the store, I think it would help people who don’t get around the best that might have to use the bathroom during their shopping trip”

“Love their produce ? and several times the customer service was excellent when the cashier rung up wic items wrong. Even when we had to get them rescanned, someone came to the rescue and made sure it didn't take long, and of course made it so we didn't have to rescan EVERY item again.”
“I like this store. Quirky, colorful, unpretentious and is very well stocked. Its nothing fancy, it looks very strip mall generic from the outside, nothing to really attract you in, but its a very good old-school type grocery store, (and also a type of general store with a great closeouts area) that seems to have noticably resisted inflating its prices in the way other stores have. I favor it easily over ACME (and Giant Eagle), though ACME seems to have a stronger hold on the area. The floor plan definitely is perplexing, baffling really, in some of the design decisions, and takes some getting use to. But it is orderly and clean, with good customer service and they pack an impressive amount of what you regularly need here in a smaller space.”

“As a full-time student, I don't have a ton of time for shopping. I love the drive-up/pickup options at this location! Not to mention the staff- i've never had a bad interaction with any employee at this location. one of the drive up team members had 3+ orders on her cart when she brought out my drive up order, and still maintained a positive attitude while handing me my bag. I wish I caught her name so i could give her a shout out, but she was great. :)”

“In the time we have used Giant Eagle Pharmacy we have had fantastic experience with the services of the staff. They are willing to answer questions and help with any issues we have faced through out the years. They walked us through 4 life threatening illnesses. They were there to get the medications we needed and any items we needed. We count them as an important part of our health journey”
“I love acme more than any other grocery store. However, maybe shopping on a Friday is not a good idea. Quite a few things I wanted were not there. Some shelves were empty. Not the norm.”
“My wife and I were Walgreen pharmacy customers. Checked prescription prices between Walgreens and Discount Drug and found a discount was much better pricing.
I love the pharmacy and the people that fill the prescriptions. They are very courteous and willing to work to resolve any problems I have with prescriptions.
