“This store is by far the best around!! The ladies are so very caring and will stop to help you out and make sure you're happy. Lonely, Tracy are the best, they now me personally and as soon as they see me walk in they asked how many!?! In regards to a favorite snack of mine, they also keep this store in tip top shape it's never disgusting to go in. The shelves are stocked very nicely and they're always smiling... These two are some of the nicest and hard working women I've ever seen, and they never where a mean face it's all smiles. So I just wanted to thank them and I hope they're there for a long time. “Doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside was clean and the isles were stocked and I found what I was looking for easy enough. Would have given five stars if the cashier had been nicer. I greeted her and asked how she was doing and she basically ignored me and I thought well ok perhaps she didn't hear me, so when I was leaving I told her to have a good day and I got nothing back! How rude lady, and I know she could speak because I heard her talk with a coworker.”

“This is the first time I've been to the store on Beechmont. It was amazing when I walked in because it's huge. Anyways, I shop clearance and a lot of markdown items because I work for Urgent Care and I like to buy sick kids little goodies. I noticed your clearance items and it had 50% off on top of what they're already marked down so I spent a really good time in that section putting stuff in my basket. I was so excited because I got a lot of stuff for only $10. Amy, who is an employee, is super awesome and nice! My first question was I do get 50% off on top of the already marked down price correct. She did tell me no because the signs aren't down but she will go ahead and give me what I have in my basket since the sign was up. My heart about dropped when she told me no at first because I just spent a really good time going through all that stuff. LOL but she gave me my stuff that I had in my basket and was very nice about it and told me that it's not right to not do it because that's what it says and that's what I saw. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. I will definitely be back, and as matter of fact this will probably be my Dollar General I go to for now on. Thank you so much Amy for your time and generosity Dollar General is very lucky to have an employee like you! Keep up the good work!”

“This family dollars on 125 in Withiamsville is my favorite. Always stocked and open . The staff is friendly they help when needed but don't bother you other wise . Cute kids clothes . Right now the gardening section is loaded with all kinds of ornaments just the cutest stuff .”

No joke i know there’s good people and maybe they have a couple people in line but i just hope at least overall employees are more monitored than not regarding customer service overall. I dunno maybe this branch is privately owned? An item is unaccounted for the customer and needs to be refunded please. Thank you . :-)
