“I took 5 wheels over to get balanced and 4 of the wheels were factory aluminum wheels which has to be balanced with stick on weights. Well the other wheel was a bran new aftermarket black steel wheel and I specifically told them to balance that will with stick on weights as well. I said you can use a regular tap on weight on the back side but not the front side. Well that's exactly how the sales rep wrote it up on my receipt, was to use stick on weights on the steel wheel, but whoever did the balancing didn't read what was on the work order because I go pick them up and damn if they didn't balance that black aftermarket steel wheel with the regular tap on weights. Front side and the back side. Well I'm sure if I would have said something about it, they would have rebalanced the wheel and used stick on weights like it was supposed to be. But I figured well the wheel is already balanced and if they take the weights off the front side now it's going to be scratched in that area. So I'm just going to have to deal with it now. But the garage guys needs to learn how to read the invoice when their doing the work on your stuff. Sincerely Joe.”
“Needed some tires went to a tire shop,got tires but did an alignment and poor diagnosis. Took to Ford and they took care of me. And aligned my truck! My service advisor Daulton Tuttle was more then helpful and didn’t charge me for anything other then an alignment. Promised the next day but received same day! Thx again”
“My son collected a screw in a tire on his pickup. Noticed it first thing in the morning and wanted to get it repaired before it went flat. They're still the best shop in town. They are very honest, they don't uncharge or suggest uneeded work. If they say something is broken, it's actually broken. They are very fairly priced, and they stand by their work. I drive out of my way to go here, I don't go to any other place in Dayton. Highly recommend.

“My son broke down in his Jeep, and was able to limp it into True Care’s parking lot. The folks that work here diagnosed the problem immediately, and gave him a very reasonable price. In his situation, being stranded, it could’ve gone a whole different direction. The part was going to take a few hours to arrive. My son found the part within an hour round trip. The owner gave my son his car, and let him bring his own part back to install, because it was going to save my son 2 hours of his time. They installed the part, and it corrected several issues.
