“I have not rented a car in years; our personal vehicle broke down in Delaware leaving us stranded. Enterprise Assist. Mgr, Britney, was kind, professional, and knowledgeable and made a challenging situation bearable. Then, when returning the car to Springfield, the young man that assisted me was also kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I have not experienced this level of customer service for anything in YEARS. Thank you, Enterprise! You set the bar high for how to treat customers!”

“After years of renting from Enterprise in Marion, I decided to give Hertz in Delaware a chance for our little over a week long rental for our yearly trip to Florida after suggestion from friends. The office is tucked in the back of the Toyota dealership, next to the service area but an easy to locate overhead sign pointed us in the right direction. Hertz set us up in a very nice Rav 4 which was a shock because Enterprise in Marion never has SUV’s. I LOVED this car and all its space and it may have converted me to buy a Rav 4 when it comes time for me to purchase a new vehicle, I almost didn’t want to give it back lol. It was very comfortable for all 2000+ miles I drove it. I signed up for Hertz Gold which gave me a little discount and was able to pick which insurance coverages I wanted and when I arrived, the ladies in the office were very kind and not pushy. I appreciated essentially being handed the keys and asked if I had any questions and then being free to drive off. Enterprise in Marion breathes down your neck, follows you to the car, and essentially strong arms you into paying more for insurance coverages you may already have covered by your credit card, threatening you within in inch of your life if you even breathe on the car wrong, all while giving you a car in a class you did not request. Regardless, Returning the car was equally as simple. I will be returning and renting from Hertz in Delaware for any trips in the future! Thank you for a great experience!”

“I was initially hesitant to rent a truck here after reading some of the reviews, but we ended up having a great experience. We rented a 16-foot truck, and it was fully fueled when I picked it up. The woman who helped me was very kind and took the time to thoroughly explain everything before handing over the keys. I was also pleasantly surprised by how clean the truck was. The only minor issue was that the cabin light wasn’t working, but overall it didn’t take away from an otherwise smooth and positive experience.”
