They also handled my situation with complete understanding. Also the smoothness of the purchase with getting to use a regular debit card and when dropping off the keys within five days getting my refund for the hold. Every employee (especially the young lady) was so kind and personable! We are renting from this location again.”

“I recently rented an F-150 from them for 17 days while my truck was in the shop. The truck was fine as I would expect from most of the rental companies. What stood out was the professionalism and caring from Frank and the others at this office. My rental was through my insurance company and everything went smooth and quickly. Frank called me several times while I had the truck to see if everything was OK. This level of personal touch is rare these days. A truck is a truck, but Frank's service was what stood out.”
