“I don’t remember the gentleman’s name that ran the place but he was very kind. I tried to rent a U-Haul from another location the day before and they called me to tell me the truck would not be back until 1:30 PM instead of 1. No big deal, I could go at 1:30. At 1:30 I showed up and the truck was not there. The next day I called this location which was a Sunday. He said he had a truck available and would book it for me right over the phone. He made the process very easy, explained how everything worked and gave me tips and tricks to drive the truck since I had never driven a U-Haul before. Overall it was a great experience.”
“When I signed up online for a unit I got a response within a few minutes. It was easy setting up an account and getting moved in. I was already moving my stuff in within 30 minutes. Great job!”

“Very respectful nice storage! little hard to find the storage unit past the property management who takes care of the grounds who was doing yard work. I guess their employees that manage the property take care of everything called in and was helped almost immediately, Told us where not to put stuff that there's a leak in the front that he's tried to fix prices are great right now there's a sale for $0 your first month! Just a deposit and just got sent this $50 dollar gift card for Amazon to rate this have seen some rates saying that they have had to call multiple times for some issues. But at least they do send you here to share and rate them. Only my first week tho bought it the 30th of July.”
“I was looking for a space to park a summer car, didn't want to necessarily pay a covered unit but just a open space, phoned Jug Storage and he had spaces along the curb to park vehicles, the prices, availability and location was great, his availability was 24/7 which was great when needed the space at the last minute !! Will definitely reach out again when storage space is needed in the further.”

The online rental process was incredibly easy and convenient. I was able to complete everything online and head straight to my unit. When I arrived, I noticed the door on my assigned unit wouldn't stay fully open and kept dropping down, which was a safety concern.
I stopped by the office and spoke with Morgan, and she was fantastic. She immediately took the issue seriously and found another available unit just a couple doors down. She even had me check it out first to make sure I was happy with it before updating the lease information. The whole process was quick, easy, and completely hassle-free.
Morgan was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. She also took the time to explain things I didn't know, like the ability to change my gate code, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and a great experience overall.
Honestly, this experience completely changed my perspective on renting storage units. Everything was smooth, the staff was helpful, and it was reassuring to have friendly people in the office who were willing to help when I had a question. I wouldn't hesitate to rent here again.”
