“I recently used Public Storage off of industrial in Powell, Stanley, the office manager was very nice and very professional and a great help, The storage facility is very clean and has easy access, I would suggest anybody looking for a storage place to contact Stanley at Public Storage, he made the entire move-in very easy and he’s enjoyable to be around!”

“Very quick and efficient. I was in the unit 15 minutes after calling to reserve it, and there was a new (in package) circle lock already provided within the unit. The space was clean and free of cobwebs. The size of the roll-up door (10'x15' unit) allowed me to pull my car in as well. I even received a follow-up call to make sure everything was OK.”

“This public storage location has great potential with a great property manager Kim, who keeps the property clean like a hotel. The only issue which is not the local property fault, is the remote management of revenue mangement software which produces some of the highest rental rates in the region . Instead of slowly increasing rental rates , AI and remote offices regional management increase rates 100% without warning .its time to let the local manager be on site more often and run the property like a local business to produce higher customer satisfaction , less unit turnover,etc.”

Signing up as well as terminating the rental when were finished with our home remodeling was easy. “Very respectful nice storage! little hard to find the storage unit past the property management who takes care of the grounds who was doing yard work. I guess their employees that manage the property take care of everything called in and was helped almost immediately, Told us where not to put stuff that there's a leak in the front that he's tried to fix prices are great right now there's a sale for $0 your first month! Just a deposit and just got sent this $50 dollar gift card for Amazon to rate this have seen some rates saying that they have had to call multiple times for some issues. But at least they do send you here to share and rate them. Only my first week tho bought it the 30th of July.”
