“I don’t have anything bad to say. They worked with me when I had to pay later than my due date. When I didn’t like my original storage unit they took time out their schedule to walk me through other units they thought I would like. I didn’t have to worry about my stuff being broken into. Very clean facility and nice staff!”

“Got moved locations for a UHaul and they were charging extra for the 20ft box truck because I got moved. The move was made by UHaul because of availability at my original location. Thankfully I checked my reservation and was able to get it corrected before paying. The staff at the location were very helpful and called UHaul to figure out the issue and got me my reserved price for the truck. The staff was friendly and very helpful through the whole process. They also made sure I got the price I had been quoted.”
“Everyone probably knows that renting a U-Haul can be a real crapshoot experience. Usually ranging from annoying to straight up sketchy. Polaris Self Storage has at least momentarily redeemed the experience of renting a U-Haul for me. Super nice and helpful folks working there, prompt e-communication, and they actually had and held the equipment I reserved when I showed up (not usually the case with U-Haul...they might have it, they might not). I highly recommend Polaris Self Storage for your U-Haul rental if you want the experience to be smooth and painless.”
