“Yesterday, Friday Nov 4, I was in a panic because I lost a bank envelope w my pay in it and was positive I threw it in the outside trash can, JACKIE THE MANAGER, was at the end of her shift and I asked if I it would be ok if I went through the trash and looked for it. She said yes, then offered me a bag, gloves and stopped doing all her end of day tasks and came outside and dug through the trash w me. When we didn't find it she walked me through my day trying to help me see through my panic to where else I could have left it. But it wasn't anywhere. I got back in my car and checked under seats again and in my bag, and in a stack of papers I had moved ... And there it was! I went inside and told Jackie and wanted to buy her a thank gift and she absolutely refused. THIS IS THE EXCELLENT AND TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WE ARE MISSING EVERYWHERE. I already loved Speedway AND THIS IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF WHY. JACKIE WAS A LIFESAVER. She calmed me down and when I got back in my car I looked slowly not panicked... and I found it. ❤️?”

“Friendly staff and a clean restroom!Generally speaking as a father to two little girls, if I use a businesses restroom and I don't feel it's clean enough to take my children to use the toilet, I won't ever go back to that establishment. I would 100% go back to this store. The staff has always been friendly and polite and their restroom was super clean!”
“This is a small gas station, and at times, there is a wait for an available gas pump. The pumps are easy to use compared to other local gas stations in the area. You can receive a discount on gas using your Giant Eagle card. Since this isn't a walk-in station, there are soda cases and other products in the area to purchase, and there is an associate in a building and a window. Also, a free air pump is available on the back side of the building.”
“Luanda was such a wonderful cashier. She made my shopping experience there the best I ever had. She was very professional and patient, I used a lot of coupons. I also suggest if you don't have the app, get it. It makes everything so much easier. I even printed a picture and she helped me with that also. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Excellent customer service! She's not a manager, but she should be. That is how people want to be treated. Great job!”
