“Called inquiring purchase of battery for garage remote...knowing I didn't have much time before work I asked on the phone where they were located and advised right by with paint Dept. I arrive head to paint Dept and ask the lady associate who stated she was the one who answered my call. She was MORE than helpful. She also answered questions about paint, type to use on paneling. Cashier was equally as nice and helpfulCustomer Service wins me over.. and when an associate can point you directly where you need to be to find something...that's service. I will be returning”
“Nice local hardware store. Personally a great place for Milwaukee accessories, they actually have more than the Home Depot in North Canton, however, they do have less actual Milwaukee tools. The same goes for other major power tool brands. They have a lot of home improvement items, pretty much everything you would expect from a local hardware store. Great place to shop especially if you like to support local businesses.”

“I love this little hardware store it has a very comfortable atmosphere nostalgic almost the owners are amazing people and will make sure that you have a pleasent experience with there store they have a wide variety of parts for plumbing electrical and lawn and garden. They also sell Husqvarna parts and a few more small engine parts if you have not , you definitely should check them out and give them a chance we need more small businesses like this one around . “I’ve rented two larger machines from Home Depot in Wadsworth , both times warren has helped me out . Awesome guy, quick easy transaction , always helps me get acclimated with the equipment really well. If I were you, I’d rent from here and ask for warren . The prices aren’t the cheapest, but the availability and ease of rental is worth the extra!”

“The store was reasonably clean, the things I was looking for were where they should be.
I didn't require any special help in the store, but the cashier was friendly.
The store did seem well stocked, and had the selection you would expect at a box store.”

“Remodeling a house and wanted to see if I could take out a wall in the center of the truss. Found their name stamped on every truss. Called the company, alked to the general manager and he was very helpful. He told me the design I have can easily span the 30 feet. Nice to be able to call a company and instantly get the information you need, that's very rare. Thanks a lot.”
