“There are 15-20 Target carts behind the garages at Sawmill Crossing Apartments, 6335 Dumont Lane. I stopped in the store on Sawmill Rd Tuesday morning at 10:30am and told a girl who said she was a manager, she seemed to not care at all. That's a lot of carts= a lot of money.”

“Confusion with using Best Buy credit card. Apparently if you have not purchased something for a time the card expires & we never received anything to advise us so we had to obtain a new card# to process our transaction and then call Best Buy to have a new card issued. It would be helpful if an expiration date was on the active card or received a notification that we needed to obtain a new card after a specified date.”
“I visited the store right at opening, was greeted immediately by Juan, and what an absolute bang up job he did in helping me. I had purchased an S24 ultra, the order had been totally botched by Verizon. It was a pre order, promised to me by 8 pm same day for a 15.00 charge. Didn't see the phone for 5 more days, order wasn't as promised. I walked in with the new phone still sealed in the shipped box in case I wanted to cancel it. Juan saved the day, was so professional and just a solid person. Great customer service skills. He's going places.”
