“Update: I originally gave this company one star because of what was poor customer service. The manager called my grandson and told him he owed me an apology for how he responded to me. He told my grandson to bring the Xbox back in and he would take another look at it. I’m happy to say that the Xbox was able to be fixed and is now working. I didn’t update to a five star because of how this was first handled, but they redeemed themselves.They are a rip off. Pay attention to the low star ratings . My grandson took his Xbox in for repair. Paid $120. Took it home and plugged it in. Same issue is still broken. My grandson took it back and they told him it can’t be repaired, that he broke it more. My grandson said the part was more loose than before they so called repaired it. I called and spoke with the manager. He said it was fixed when it left his store and he wouldn’t do anything about it. I asked if I could bring the Xbox in and have him show me what he fixed and let me take pictures of it. He said “no, we aren’t doing that”. Why not if you did the job correctly? How is it now not fixable now?Was it not fixable when you received it, but you jiggled some stuff around to make it seemed like you fixed it and stole $120 from him? If you securely fixed the issue it should not be broken within hours of it being fixed. Don’t do business here.”

Another good store is I don't know if the gentleman still works there or not he makes that store awesome and goes above and beyond actually he does the same thing that these two people do at this store those two stores along with that one dude is at Morse road store as wonderful I went there a few times and he wasn't there they seem not knowledgeable on both types of phones android and iPhone not everybody has iPhones okay just let me tell you that your people need to know about both Android and iPhones to really help your customers out there's a couple stores that I went to the people that work there only know about iPhones and very little or no knowledge about Androids.that being said step up your game on that level. Other than that these two stores are awesome to go to!”
