During the transfer of info to a new phone bought online, the final steps were not able to be completed. This became a complicated problem. Dylan worked over an hour and a half past the store closing time to ensure the phone would be in good working order for me. He was professional, patient, and kind beyond words. I can't thank him enough, and I hope he gets recognized by corporate for his work ethic.”
