“Went shopping for my daughter’s first dance class and the staff were all so kind to my daughter. She even wanted to show them EVERY outfit she tried on which was a lot so I’m glad they were patient with her. They also sized her for the correct ballet shoe size which was surprisingly much different than her normal shoe size. If my daughter does decide to stick with dance then we will definitely be back!”

“I love shopping here. Plenty of parking right in front of the store. Super friendly and helpful staff. The best part is the store layout. The racks are not overcrowded and with a quick scan of the store, you can see all the items and go straight to the items you are interested in. No searching thru racks.”
“I always like macy's and i do not feel that it is expensive as people are saying as they always have discounts and deals, and if you have the macy's credit card you will save a lot of money too. I am only giving one star because this location needs attention and needs to be upgraded compared to the one in polaris or easton mall this one is like a constraction site.”

“This is my OG Macy's in the City. I have been coming here since I moved to Columbus and the mall and surrounding area was full of shops. To this day, I always find items here that are not at Polaris or Easton. I think it is because the store possibly has less traffic being in Tuttle Mall/Tuttle Crossing but I love it and I like to visit when Macy's have their big sales.When in the area, I cannot resist stopping in and will drive out from downtown just to go here. This visit, I even found a new jacket I have been looking for. I had not seen this option at other locations (but was on the app). It was here and it was on sale! Big Win and YAY!The mall itself is still worth a walk through but is nothing like it was 15-20 years ago. It is good to see that this Macy's is still here. They have a Macy's Backstage inside the store and if my memory serves me correct it was the first in the area. It's always worth a look around too.The store is a traditional Macy's layout and has everything you would expect. It's not my favorite location, but one of my favorite stores. Especially for the inventory and finds.”
“I have 6 kids and as you can imagine, I have shopped in multiple different shoe stores. This is the first time in my life where I have met two of the most amazing employees. With my 6 kids, every time I go to the store, employees always get frustrated with me. But this time, things were different. The manager of the store Gabby was so patient, caring, helpful, and amazing in every way which made me and my kids feel very welcome and comfortable. The assistant Brianna was also very welcoming, nice, and supportive. They both made me feel like I was shopping in my own house. Like I was family. Gabby and Brianna, thank you for this amazing shopping experience, you guys went above and beyond and I cannot thank you enough.”
“I saw the claires was closing and it made me so sad I went to see what was left do I could try to get some early stocking stuffers for my Daughter. The store was almost empty but despite the store closing the staff working were extremely kind to me!”
“The owner is a little aggressive but very helpful. My sister got her prom dress from here and she helped her try the dresses on and figure out which one she liked. The dresses are priced about average and they have a beautiful assortment.”

“I was there a few weeks ago with my son. Rudy greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. My son told him what kind of shoe he prefers and Rudy offered plenty a suggestions. My son got a great pair of shoes. Rudy was professional, helpful, and is very knowledgeable about shoes. Kudos to Rudy!”
