“About a week ago I stopped at Advanced Auto Parts in Chardon for a headlight bulb. Well, I pulled in right as they were closing. A young dark haired gentleman was so unbelievably kind and stayed to get me a headlight bulb and even put it in my Jeep for me, it event started to rain! This employee was so kind to help me and it really touched my heart and helped to restore faith in humans. Thank you so much for the outstanding interaction!”

“What a shopping experience compared to another nearby Scag dealer. My wife mows the lawn more than I do (wonderful I know) but sales guys elsewhere think only men ride tractors. Mervin (sp) was wonderful and showed us the reasons to own a Scag over other common brands with a small sales kit of broken spindles (they repair all brands so he had lots), went over the features and most importantly included her in the conversation. We ended up purchasing a new Tiger Cat II 52".”
