“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

The prices are great, the pre stamped panels fit exact, the parts always ship super speedy, and they come packaged enough that the shippers don't mangle them all to hell. Tom kept close to the price he quoted, even though extra parts were needed, knowing that I was on a budget. His team also washed the truck making it look like new again. “I can't help but post about the negative review left by negative Hermione. She left the car whilst out of town for a week in order to replace a hood and grill. Hood was on a month long backorder. Gave car back untouched since it was not possible to do the work. Cost of repair was zero dollars and had the nerve to leave a bad review.”

Ended up having to replace my battery and they were able to assist with that process as well, even though they don’t typically do that. They went above and beyond and I would definitely come here again.”

“I came here on Monday told them I needed a new bumper and grill. They instantly ordered the parts and asked when I was available to get it fixed. Thursday I came for my service and told it would take about two hours, but to my surprise and satisfaction it took only a hour. The service was great and the workers are very friendly. “I am a student at the nearby Case Western Reserve University. My car battery recently died and I was unable to jump start it after many attempts, so I had to bike my old battery over and exchange it for a new one. I called ahead and told the technician Lavon about the trouble I was having with my car and the make and model of my car so I could get the right battery when I got there. Once I arrived, I was warmly greeted and I was helped out right away with the battery I needed. When Levon realized that I had biked all the way over to exchange the battery, he offered to drive me back as it was a very heavy battery, and it was cold and late at night. I graciously accepted and will be forever grateful for his act of kindness. I would highly recommend going here for any auto part needs; their professionalism, helpfulness, and kindness is unrivaled.”
