This is how I got in touch with Darren Patton, who called me directly. Darren walked me through the entire process, assured me he would be my main contact, he even gave me his cell phone number in case we had questions after hours. We had a very smooth, very communicative refinance with The Union Bank Co. Thanks to Darren! Would highly recommend calling Darren if you are looking to refinance!”

“This bank branch is the best! Every time we stop in, the tellers are so friendly and helpful. Today, we needed a signature notarized, and it wasn't a problem that we didn't have an appointment. Brandon was super pleasant and cheerful, even at the end of his workday. We also met the manager, Becky. She was also very nice and took time to chat with us. Such a welcoming atmosphere here. Great job to all!”
“Been with this branch for 4 years and I've never ran into any issues, fraud was taken care of and I was refunded the money before they even did there investigation, policy being that you have to pay back whatever turns out non fraudulent and I owed them nothing after the investigation. Stacy is incredible! I feel like we're personal friends, she's always happy to help with whatever I need. I wish that the ATM was easier to reach from the car window and it would really be convenient if their ATM withdrawal limited was at least $900.00. Still 6 stars if I could.”

“I recently had a problem where my check was being held. After several times calling the customer service number and getting disconnected, no one was able to get the situation fixed. I went into this chase and spoke with Cassie and another wonderful lady up front regarding the issue. Cassie was so helpful and sweet, she explained everything to me and even called the customer service line and got it fixed for me!! She could've given me a phone number and sent me on my way. I really felt she went out of her way to help me and even with the frustrating situation with my check, I still give this chase 5+ stars just because of her kindness. Thanks again Cassie!!”
