“Most of these reviews are older so I don't really understand the bad ones. I was just at this branch, the tellers are always friendly and awesome. I use this branch and Spencerville since leaving my branch in Cleveland and they've been great. I'm using their business services to link my accounts because the platform is good too. Anyway, that's an up to date opinion!”
“This bank branch is the best! Every time we stop in, the tellers are so friendly and helpful. Today, we needed a signature notarized, and it wasn't a problem that we didn't have an appointment. Brandon was super pleasant and cheerful, even at the end of his workday. We also met the manager, Becky. She was also very nice and took time to chat with us. Such a welcoming atmosphere here. “Friendly staff but chase bank is not onetio use if you want ti use Zelle easily or if you do large transfers over 1,000 Because your money will be put on hold for 11 days unless you want to go in and have a manager release it.
Too much aggravation to go through and time it takes to free up your own money”
“Been with this branch for 4 years and I've never ran into any issues, fraud was taken care of and I was refunded the money before they even did there investigation, policy being that you have to pay back whatever turns out non fraudulent and I owed them nothing after the investigation. Stacy is incredible! I feel like we're personal friends, she's always happy to help with whatever I need. I wish that the ATM was easier to reach from the car window and it would really be convenient if their ATM withdrawal limited was at least $900.00. Still 6 stars if I could.”

She worked quickly and kept up a pleasant conversation about the sights of Lima, since I was stranded here in town for a week due to a breakdown on the highway. It's also a beautiful building!”
