“I had placed an online order for two sets of ceramic dishes for our anniversary party. They arrived with many pieces broken in each of the two boxes. I was really distraught about this (I cried big ugly tears), because this was a really special occasion for us. I didn't have enough time for a second order to arrive, nor did I have enough time to find something comparable locally. Josh was very calm and kind on the phone, even though I was not. He suggested a viable solution and gave me a refund. I wasn't thinking clearly at that moment, so his guidance was exactly what I needed.
