“I called to get my storage after 6 and was told by the lady that I had to be out the gate by 10pm or call the police to get out. So, now I’m rushing and didn’t get everything unloaded. I came by at 9am to finish so I could drop the truck off. Got there before they opened at 10am because I needed a lock for my unit. Tricia was at the deck and let me in before the opening time. She listened to my story about the night before and informed me that I could have left after 10 to get out. She also gave me the lockers for free because of the bad information the lady told me on the phone the night before. I would like to thank Tricia again for how helpful and understanding she was with me. So she let me in early, gave me the right information and gave me my lock for free. Tricia is the best.”
