“I haven't lived here for a year just yet but honestly this is the best place to be. My kids love it here. The apartment I’m in is so spacious and clean. The maintenance team is very quick to respond and repair things. The front office ladies are absolutely amazing and so very helpful. The front office was very quick to respond and help a situation today for us and I couldn’t thank them enough. That in itself makes me feel very comfortable here and Charterwoods was the place to pick for myself and my children. I would recommend Charterwoods to anyone who is looking.”

“Beautiful and safe place. It’s just a little over priced. It’s suppose to be a smoke free community but a lot of people were smoking cigarettes and other substances in their garages which rolled over into our apartment since they are connected.”

Sam and Erica have been nothing short of incredible throughout our entire process. They were always easy to reach, endlessly friendly, and genuinely supportive from the moment we started looking. Without their help, there is no way we would’ve been able to find the apartment that fit us perfectly, apply, get approved, and move in all within just five days. They truly showed up and showed out for us every step of the way.

They even went the extra mile and welcomed our kitten with treats when we got our keys, which meant the world to us. Everything fell into place so naturally that there were moments my fiancé and I honestly felt like we were dreaming.
