Over the past few years, I have only received incorrect mail 1 time and it was from someone who was new on the route. Big ups to yellow springs post office.”

“The best post office! I drive 15 minutes just to use this one. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They have a little table to kids to sit and play while parents/caregivers are attending to mail services. There is not typically much of a wait.”
“Downtown Enon is like Mayberry and the Enon post office is a slice of that all American pie. It's small but has everything you need, and the guys behind the counter are always friendly and helpful.”
“It’s been several times now that this post office has quite literally made my day, thanks to Jack. It’s such a testament to how contagious happiness really is and how it can start with someone you might never expect to have such an impact. I walked in pretty stressed about sending my passport off, and Jack just calmly looked it over with the kindest demeanor and a genuine smile the whole time. I walked out lighter than when I came in. “I wish there was a four and a half star rating because nobody's perfect. During the winter at the height of the pandemic the USPS didn get behind on their deliveries around Christmas by a couple of days here and there. Sometimes up to several days, however with the Staffing they had, the weather conditions in the area, and the virus regulations making staff have to isolate for 2 weeks at a time after being exposed to the virus , I believe they did a pretty good job trying to stay caught up in such unusual conditions. They they stayed consistently busy however the line usually moved fairly fast and they had every counter/register open with someone at every counter. There are some self-service options in the entryway where you can buy stamps, get overnight and standard delivery envelopes so they can be prepared by the time you get to the window and a copy machine if you need to make copies of any documents to send. Even in the height of the pandemic they were usually in a good mood, well mannered, and were friendly with smiles even when they were swamped. I commend them for the excellent service they gave in such a diverse situation. Jobs well done ? ✔ ? ? ? ☺”

“I love this post office! I come here multiple times a week every week. There are times I’ve been here everyday of the week to ship items I’ve sold. I never leave reviews but when I saw all the 1 star reviews for this location I had to leave one. The man who works here is always kind to me and my children. Nothing but friendly. I’ve never seen him be rude to anyone. If he’s not up front all you have to do is ring the bell and he comes right out.”
“I called this morning because a package I sent was saying it had been delivered to the front porch, but it wasn’t at the address I sent it to. I spoke with Tony, who took down all of my information and said he would get back with me. Tony called me back a few minutes later and apologized but it was indeed dropped at the wrong location. He said the postman would go out to retrieve it and get it to the correct location. They did just that! I am very thankful!!! Merry Christmas!!”
