“I used to come to this store when in high-school but recently started going here again 18 years later. They are always really friendly and welcoming. I play warhammer 40k and they have a great assortment of what I'm looking for that is routinely updated.”
“You can actually try out some fascinating wooden games, board games, marble rolling activity, and puzzles! Very friendly, welcoming. They have a great selection of puzzles, mystery puzzles, fan & theme puzzles. Wonderful place!”
“This museum is absolutely fantastic! No entrance fee, you can totally go throughout the place on your own. And be prepared to spend a good chunk of time there, the place us HUGE!! Great staff that greet you and answer any questions you have. We got up there around 1 pm and only finished 2 hangars lol. We will be back!”
“Been following their FB Page for a while. I was in the area and decided to stop in. I got a quick "Hi" from the lady behind the counter and nothing else. She was already conversing with someone. Nothing seemed to be cohesive. Different toys all over, nothing really together with each other. (GIJoe with Smurfs, Ghostbusters with Batman, etc.) Prices seemed to be a bit higher than expected on some of their items.I did see a few things I'm hoping to come back and snag that seemed fair on price.”
“Absolutely amazing customer service and selection of aircraft. Special thanks to Dan and Trent for going above and beyond with their help and service. Would give this place 6 stars if I could.”
“Erica was very knowledgeable and helpful for me who was interested into puzzles. She was very easy to converse with and ask any questions regarding puzzles at any experience level from beginner to expert. She made me feel welcome at this location. Would definitely come back.”
“It's a very good store, it would have to be 2nd or 3rd place on best comic shops for me, they got everything from back issues, new stuff, omnibuses, Mangas, board games, d&d books + other rpgs, dice, small toys, all and all I like if not love this place”
“This place is great! Great people, great prices. The only reason I don't provide this place all 5 stars is for how mass-cluttered the place is, just makes the place feel small and messy. But this place is great for any hobby person.”
“LarderRoom...Found the cutest little toy store in Yellow Springs. Toys from the floors to the ceilings. You have to enter the building up a few stairs but after that it's all located on one floor. You can find everything from educational toys to old-school candy. The prices seem a little high, but I guess that's the price to pay if you want to play! The staff was kind and the store is clean with tons of cold AC.”

“Brent is a very good guy to talk to! Very good priced on tcg singles I got alot of great deals through his shop and will definitely be back again. If you haven't been into brents shop you have to come see him he doesn't disappoint.”
“I'm fortunately, I did not get a chance to build a bear this time. I was hoping to build a bear for a friend of mine but unfortunately, the outfit may have been discontinued (the Indiana Jones outfit). I am a bit bummed out about this, but this particular Build-A-Bear still deserved 5 stars.
I've bought my daughter here many times over the years. The best thing about it is always the wonderful staff. They are the friendliest people you will meet and it comes off as genuine kindness. I've been in here during what I would consider extremely high stressful times (lots of loud noisy kids, not being watched by their parents, who seem to have severe ADHD and volume control/inner monologue issus) and they power through it with a smile and will not hesitate to help you with something.
Getting back to me, they even went out of their way and double checked for the outfit I was looking for. Was unsuccessful, but still gave me a helpful recommendation which helped me find a potential option for me to get it!
I still have a bunch of gift cards burning a hole in my wallet so I know I be coming back eventually but I will do so knowing it's is started by employees like these.
Keep up the great work everyone! ?”
“Just stopped here for the first time recently. Tons of great diecast, loose cars are $1, Nascar are $2 and Hot Wheels are $3. There are some exceptions to these prices, but the ones that are a bit more expensive are usually worth it. They have a giant bin of loose cars, around 500 in there, and a massive Hot Wheels wall with what has to be around a thousand cars hanging on it.”
“Seems like a good place to pick up a gift if they carry items for the right fandom. They've got plenty of toys and a pretty big snack section. There are also smaller areas for CDs and miscellaneous merch.”
“Love this place! You never know what you may find. The owners are knowledgeable about what they have and are willing to go above and beyond if you are looking for something in particular!”
