“We are so grateful for the help of our wedding coordinator, Judy. We were nervous about remotely planning a wedding in a city we didn't know - that changed after our first meeting with her! We could tell we were in good hands. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure our big day was everything we wanted.
TEC coordinated all the essentials for our event: linens, food, wait staff, bar staff, music, setup in the morning through cleaning at the end of the reception. Judy walked us through all the details and didn't miss a thing. She even made sure we discussed items beyond our TEC package, like flowers and photos, and was able to recommend some wonderful vendors for those services.
Things went perfectly the day of our wedding. All the staff was very friendly and professional. Aside from a brief huddle first thing in the morning, I was free to focus on getting ready with my bridal party. Everything was handled. It was really nice that us and our families were able to just enjoy the day. There's nothing about it I would change.

“Excellent venue for graduation party. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The center has large fridge and freezer, multiple floors with table and chairs. Super easy set up. Grass field was perfect for frisbee and volleyball.”

“Attended Hamvention here for years. It has been comfortable and spacious. Walking is safe and mostly efficient. Groundskeeping is excellent. The single complaint is that Assembly Hal, used for speaker forums, has an unacceptably loud HVAC intake that drowns out the presenters even with amplification.”
“Dayton Hamvention is the largest gathering of Amateur Radio enthusiasts in the world, (with the racial diversity of Montana, Idaho and Iowa). I saw License plates from as far away as Canada, New Hampshire, Maine, Key West Florida, and Montana, and even a native Hawaiian (hey Carter, from Oahu). I also heard French, Italian, German, and Ukrainian languages being spoken; not to mention Morse Code. Every major vendor, along with numerous smaller ones were represented at this event as well. You can’t possibly see it all in one day. It’s like Disney.”
“We had a birthday party here for my two sons (8 and 6). The party was beyond our expectations and Dan was WONDERFUL! He was attentive to the kids, interactive and even had scavenger hunts and challenges to keep them entertained. Overall a great time and I would rebook again in a heartbeat.”
“Very nice space which served as the perfect location for my daughter's post-wedding brunch! Clean, spacious, and reasonable rates! Tucked back in the layout but easy enough to find when guests are told directly across from the Delco Park entrance. Would use it again for sure!”
“Was there for a birthday celebration. The place had more than enough room for tables and an area to serve food. Also had a decent sized kitchen to store or warm up additional food. Will look into potentially renting banquet in the future.”
“We LOVE Busy Kids. My four year old has so much fun but goes through phases of being too scared to go into class (because there might be a new teacher and he does not like change). The teachers are always so wonderful and understanding while trying to help him feel more comfortable. The teachers are attentive and energetic. We had his 4th birthday party there as well and it was fantastic!! They really do take care of everything! Highly recommend!”

“I had my wedding ceremony and reception here recently. It rained that day and the staff were exceptional with helping us move the ceremony indoors. Steve and his team were so kind and made our day so special. I would suggest using this location for weddings or other special events.”

Snacks are very pricey...large tub of popcorn is 10.00...ridiculous!
Seats are comfy...imagine seats are not. Ladies room is 50/50 on cleanliness”
“Just used blush for my bridal shower and I must say I completely fell in love with the space and how beautiful and spacious it was! The space was big enough to fit 40 people, a mimosa bar, flower bouquet bar, charcuterie grazing table, coffee bar, a photo booth, and gift area!! I was very pleased with my rental space and highly recommend blush to anyone!!!”

“Love this hotel and a common stay when in area. Great rooms, great service, love the breakfast and theres a roosters wings spot across the street with a gas station right behind it. Theres also a Texas roadhouse also within walking distance. I will be back”

“Concession stand is slow, but the theater is comfortable and clean so all in all pretty good
As an update, concessions are being handled using one line and next available attendant approach. This is better. I would suggest having your snacks ordered ahead of time and sent to your seat”

Hannah, the very skilled bartender, was incredibly kind and engaging. We had a delightful conversation, and she managed to be both attentive to our chat and efficient in serving other patrons. Her ability to seamlessly transition between conversations and her duties was truly impressive!”
