“I am looking forward to doing business with Public Pharmacy after my initial experience with them. There was a recent national shortage of a controlled substance that I am regularly prescribed. After my own Kroger pharmacy was unable to order any, and after calling numerous other pharmacies to see if they had any in stock, Public Pharmacy was able to accommodate for my needs with no difficulty whatsoever. The owner himself answered the phone and also called me back every step of the way to keep me updated. It is so frustrating these days to get any kind of business to provide a simple return call and/or communicate truthfully and accurately. It was so refreshing and reassuring to be able to lower my anxiety level after having so many experiences where I had to wonder if I could get my critically needed medication without having to have a gap of multiple days with no supply. So many corporate pharmacies seem to restrict themselves to ordering from only one supplier for any given medication. It appears that Public Pharmacy has no self-imposed ridiculous policies of the sort and will go to every length possible to provide for their customers. I am so happy I called them!”

I visited a month ago, and the male pharmacist called the hospital directly to resolve the issue of a prescription not being sent. He quickly and accurately resolved the issue. Having only been in the United States for three months, I'm incredibly grateful for this.”
“The market that has everything for everyone! This is the place to go for when you need that one super specific item that no where else carries. They carry items from most countries but if you aren't sure you can call ahead and check with their employees. It's also especially great for curbing some covid wanderlust-blues. Though you can't travel you can take a mini vacation through the food aisles of Jungle Jims to escape. Love JJ's and come as often as I can. A true Cincinnati gem that would be a great addition to any city.”
“To start off my family recently went through a tragedy where we lost my newborn granddaughter; I sent our photos of her in the NICU to be developed at Walgreens on pleasant ave. The lady I spoke with on the phone and the one who greeted me when I went to pick them up changed my whole day in the most amazing way. They were beyond kind and went out of their way to show their kindness and sympathy. When I got back into my car I cried at the thought good and kind people still exist and 2 of them work at this Walgreens! I have been in a fog and did not catch their names but they deserve to be recognized as amazing individuals who made a horrible period of time in life a lot better just by one interaction and act of kindness. I thank you to those women working in the photo section of Walgreens today. You're amazing and your kindness did wonders for me today! ❤️❤️”
