“THANK YOU TRACY (PHARM TECH) AND KELLY (THE PHARMICSIT) today 7/20/2024, I came in around 5:35 with an rx, they were swamped, they said they would try to get it done. Well there was an issue in there system. I came back around 5:55 pm they were set to close in 5 minutes. They ended up fixing the issue at 6 pm when they were technocily closed. But she got it ready anyway. Kelly told me how to use it and tracy cashed me out. Thak you so much! This was wonderful espically since I am disabled and do not drive. KELLY AND TRACY I hope sams corporate office knows how awesome you guys are!!!”
“I normally rave about this Sam’s Club. Today, however, I have concerns about the robot uprising.
This location is consistently quick, convenient, and pleasant, and I rarely have anything negative to say.
But somebody needs to have a conversation with the self-driving floor cleaner.
I had to move out of its way THREE separate times today because it was coming directly at me. Not crossing my path. Not casually cleaning nearby. Coming. At. Me.
The first time, I laughed.
The second time, I started questioning its navigation system.
By the third encounter, I was fairly certain it had identified me as a threat and was attempting to eliminate me somewhere between groceries and household essentials.
I know these things have sensors. I know they're supposed to stop. But there's a surprisingly large difference between knowing that intellectually and standing in the path of several hundred pounds of autonomous floor-cleaning equipment that appears to have chosen violence.
Still love my Sam’s Club. Still five stars.
But please check the robot's programming before my next visit.
I would like to continue being a customer and not become an obstacle it successfully removed.”
“The tires are good. But to get a flat or low tire repaired. There's a 2 or 3 hour - or longer wait, to be severed. (I just think that when you've already spent money on a set of 4 tires.)You should get some type of priority.”
