“Normally I have the worst luck with my phones being able to be saved & fixed, and I just loose everything. I couldn't get my phone to come on, reboot, NOTHING!! Dawn at the Arlington plaza store was able to get it going within minutes, & even got me a new screen ordered since mine is cracked, & I had completely forgotten that I have insurance on the phone. This location has great service, & the employee's are very helpful, & very polite. Highly recommend this location.!”

He patiently answered all our questions, clearly explained my options, and made our experience easy and pleasant. It’s refreshing to receive such good customer service these days.
