Great customer service, they make sure you are taken care of. Definitely make an appointment before you go because they are busy!

Been in there several times over the past couple months, and l haven’t had one below average experience with any of the 3 or 4 people that have helped me.

Pros: good app, online banking easy.Cons: atm at Fairlawn often out of order, customer service hit or miss.
