“Took my car in a couple weeks ago due to heat not working then coolant overheating. Turned out to be a busted tube and all my coolant leaked out. They ran an engine test to make sure everything was good there and no valves were blown. Also a pressure test once they fixed the blown out hose and everything came back good. I have been driving it since then with no issues. So thankful to have found this auto shop, professional staff that won’t try and rip you off, they got me in super fast the next day and had my car fixed that afternoon. “I had an opportunity to use Gran-Prix Auto Body located in Painesville back in 2020 to have new extended towing mirrors installed on my 2006 F-150 Truck. They did a great job then and was right on budget. Now in March 2023 I needed some corrosion repair done on my F-150 left rear wheel well fender area. The corrosion was not too bad so I wanted to have it fixed before it got any worse. They provided me with an estimate. I had already received 2 other estimates from different shops prior. After looking at reviews for all shops I made my decision to go back to Gran-Prix Auto Body again. Glad I did. When I picked up the truck it looked like it never had a corrosion issue at all. Matter of fact it looked brand new just like it came from the factory. There were no blend areas to see. A Perfect job well done. They exceeded all my expectations and then some. Again they came in on schedule and budget. I would recommend this shop to family, friends or anyone else. They know how to provide customer service and repairs at a fair price. “I hit a deer a very big deer and it damaged my front end really bad and Jeff's garage carstar was wonderful. They kept me up to date the whole time on what they were doing they gave me an estimated time of when it would be done. But it was done way before that because the parts came in fast and I was able to get my car back within like 2 weeks instead of the three or four weeks he was quoting me and I will say this my car looks better than it ever has they did an awesome job I'm very happy with what they did and I'm so glad they were able to repair my car. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else now to get any body work on my car it will be the only place I'm going they're awesome they're very nice they're pleasant to talk to you.
