“I stopped in recently to get a battery test after my car wouldn't start due to freezing temperatures. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who assisted me, the process was that quick! It was probably 3 minutes from start to finish and he gave me a few pointers for my battery health as well. It was very much appreciated since I'm not very car-savvy. Friendly, helpful, and efficient staff!”

“This Service center is super upscale and professional. We brought my car in because the steering was off and there was also excessive road noise and vibrating. They did a free test drive of the vehicle for us during which we waited in the fancy waiting area and they told us that they wanted to get it up on a lift to further check it. So we were provided with a loaner so we could hang out in the area. It turned out the tires were cupping. We decided to proceed with purchasing new tires and they had the car done by noon!”
“Brought my brand‑new Mazda CX‑90 in with a small paint blemish and a touch‑up I had tried to fix myself. Scott and the team at Concord Collision took the time to look it over and redo the touch‑up properly. Everyone was friendly, honest, and they didn’t treat my small issue like a waste of their time. “I had an opportunity to use Gran-Prix Auto Body located in Painesville back in 2020 to have new extended towing mirrors installed on my 2006 F-150 Truck. They did a great job then and was right on budget. Now in March 2023 I needed some corrosion repair done on my F-150 left rear wheel well fender area. The corrosion was not too bad so I wanted to have it fixed before it got any worse. They provided me with an estimate. I had already received 2 other estimates from different shops prior. After looking at reviews for all shops I made my decision to go back to Gran-Prix Auto Body again. Glad I did. When I picked up the truck it looked like it never had a corrosion issue at all. Matter of fact it looked brand new just like it came from the factory. There were no blend areas to see. A Perfect job well done. They exceeded all my expectations and then some. Again they came in on schedule and budget. I would recommend this shop to family, friends or anyone else. They know how to provide customer service and repairs at a fair price. “I had been waiting to restore my 1965 Fastback Mustang since 1981, so when the time had finally arrived the anticipation and excitement led me to search for a shop that would take the time to deliver a special car. In addition, since the Fastback was a vintage A-code car with many of the original Mustang sport options, I wanted someone who would 'sweat the small stuff' when it came to restoring the car to original specs.Steve explained in detail how he approached restorations such as mine, and outlined in detail how he would proceed through each step and component. Both Steve and Corey kept in touch during the restoration advising me on any additional work that needed to be done, and during visits to the shop would go over the details of how the work was progressing. “I used Tread Connection to get my tires replaced at my warehouse, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Andrew came right to our open loading area and handled everything quickly and professionally.
My original tires arrived a few days late—something he said almost never happens—but it wasn’t a big issue for me. In fact, he went above and beyond by ordering an alternate set from a different vendor to try to get something here faster. Both sets ended up arriving at the same time, and he let me choose which ones I wanted. That level of flexibility and honesty is rare.
What really stood out is that he isn’t trying to upsell you or squeeze out extra money. There wasn’t even a tip option. You call, tell Andrew what you need, and he walks you through the options. But honestly, he’s the pro—just give him your budget and the type of tire you want, and he’ll pick out a couple of solid, reliable choices.
The convenience, transparency, and quality of service make this a no-brainer 5-star review. I’ll absolutely be using Tread Connection again.”

Jeff and crew did a great job and handled everything from the tow to working with the insurance company at pricing that was FAR more reasonable than other places. I would take my car back in addition to recommending this shop to family and friends!”
