“I hit a deer a very big deer and it damaged my front end really bad and Jeff's garage carstar was wonderful. They kept me up to date the whole time on what they were doing they gave me an estimated time of when it would be done. But it was done way before that because the parts came in fast and I was able to get my car back within like 2 weeks instead of the three or four weeks he was quoting me and I will say this my car looks better than it ever has they did an awesome job I'm very happy with what they did and I'm so glad they were able to repair my car. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else now to get any body work on my car it will be the only place I'm going they're awesome they're very nice they're pleasant to talk to you. And Jeff is wonderful he's very nice very pleasant to talk to you and he keeps you up to date on what he's doing. My car looks better than it did before I even brought it in there.Services: Painting”

We had to replace all 4 tires on my car and when the shop accidentally put the ones we ordered onto another similar car, Jim made it right by giving us 4 higher brand tires and discounting the price to make up for the error. He also fixed us up with a rebate for the new tires. He was completely honest and open with us, and the job was performed exceptionally and with the highest quality. “Took my car in a couple weeks ago due to heat not working then coolant overheating. Turned out to be a busted tube and all my coolant leaked out. They ran an engine test to make sure everything was good there and no valves were blown. Also a pressure test once they fixed the blown out hose and everything came back good. I have been driving it since then with no issues. So thankful to have found this auto shop, professional staff that won’t try and rip you off, they got me in super fast the next day and had my car fixed that afternoon. “I had my passenger window replaced by Defender recently and they were incredible! I submitted a request online for a quote and Shannon got back to me within 2 hours of them opening for the day (I submitted the inquiry before they were open). I called to book my appointment and Debbie was so helpful with scheduling. She even helped me the day of my appointment to find the time slot they scheduled me for (she even remembered our conversation from the previous day and brought it up when I called).They were able to get me on the books for the following day and traveled from Mentor to Richfield (with no extra cost!) where my car was to replace the window. Tyler was the tech who came out to work on the window and he was very kind and helpful with all of my questions. He even had me test the window to make sure that it was working before leaving without me asking if I was able to test it for my own peace of mind.
