“Well stocked but larger on sale or coupon items go fast. Friendly helpful employees. Self checkout closed when I shopped. More coolers and freezers were added so more perishables are available.”
“They have lots of trader Joe's products. That's a good thing. Trader Joe's Olive oil, trader Joe's mac and cheese. Used a gift card that I received as a Christmas gift. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. I recommend the store if you want to find new/ exciting products.”
“I was visiting from north of Buffalo, was very impressed with the store, got some fresh made sausage, it was probably the we have had, too bad the market is 3.5 hours away, otherwise it would become my favorite store, keep up the good work and will stop by when in the area again.”
“It is a very nice store. It has gotten pricey unfortunately. The big disappointed is asking for a call back 4xs~ with a visit and didn't get one call in return.”
“Stopped here during a long drive and had a great experience. The place was clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking available, and the restrooms were clean. The convenience store was well-stocked with snacks, drinks, and essentials, and the food options were fresh and satisfying. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stop—I’ll definitely be coming back on future trips.”

“I visited this branch and overall had a good experience. The store was clean and well organized, and the service was decent to good. Prices were reasonable compared to other stores, which is a plus. I did notice that some items I usually find in other ALDI locations were missing, but despite that, the experience was still positive, and I might visit again.”
“I wish they had the seasonal cheese dogs all year round. Good selection of flavored yogurt. I like the pulled chicken and shredded beef which they have all year round. The store is clean along with the cheery and helpful staff.”
“As a regular person I found the atmosphere to be very expensive the employees seemed very happy and everything was satisfactorily expensive. I really felt like we got our money's worth.”

“Local grocery store. Has a good selection of craft beers. Deli sections are homemade, linguine pasta salad and the anti pasta are delicious. People who work there are always helpful and friendly. Has a butcher that cuts meats fresh daily.”
“The food at the taqueria is so fresh and tasty! And the space is clean and nicely decorated. If you can’t read the signage in Spanish, there are well-worn English menus at the checkout.”
“D9nt want a subscription like BJ and only want groceries/ restaurant supplies then this is your place.
There are no bags just reuse boxes. Sysco type food products. Meatballs by the cart load and cheesecake dessert. Gyros for a 4th grade classroom. Giant cans of fruit cocktail. Fundraiser candy boxes. 3 dozen eggs. Stuff like that.”
“I ordered a special cake for our grandson and the ladies at Giant Eagle in Chardon were awesome. I had a picture of a Paw Patrol cake that he wanted and they drew it up and when I picked up the cake, I was so happy. Our grandson loved his cake and was so excited. It looked amazing and tasted just as good. Awesome job ladies”
“Very well-managed and friendly staff, that is family owned. Even the younger family members are well behaved and respectful. Great selections and always have fresh Cigar Wraps on sale. Not bad on prices either”
“One of the best customer service experience I have ever had. The young lady helped me as soon as I walked in, was very knowledgeable, and gave great recommendations. Couldn't ask for a better experience/ product.”
“Once again, this store gets 5 stars. They employ the best employees that appear to enjoy being helpful. Today it was Lisa that helped me out. I came straight from the doctor's office who sent a prescription to them electronically. I said I knew they hadn't had time to fill it. But, because there's a detour in the area I didn't want to return later for the pills. She rushed them through so I could take them with me. KUDOS to LISA for going above and beyond. Oh, and I love that you do not need the DOB but just the month and date. Please let everyone know so that I don't have to voice that ancient year anymore!
I went through the drive thru to pick up a prescription. Pam was on the window and asked me my birth MONTH rather than date which I believe is a much needed change. KUDOS to PAM. I just wish she was at work when my long-time friend drove me to pick up a prescription there. She never knew, and always wanted to know, my age and because the girl at the window asked for it I stupidly answered her instead of asking her to verify my identity in a different way. My friend was happy, I wasn't. Please change your policy of asking for a date of birth. Otherwise, I love this store as you can tell by my other reviews. They are all super and helpful and care about you as a customer.
This store is continuing to wow me. They continue to be awesome into the new year. Today it's KUDOS to SUE in the pharmacy. I called the store for some advice and she took the time to advise me in such a way that I didn't feel rushed or that she begrudged me the time. She was laser focused on what I wanted and how best to serve me. You can't ask for more than that. And that's a LOT more than you get from most stores these days!
Today I'm back to edit this review to give a shout out to KATELYN. If you saw us in the store you would've thought she was a relative shopping with me. She was that intent on helping me get what I was looking for. That's some customer service! Thanks Katelyn.
Once again, KUDOS to this pharmacy. I requested one month's worth of medicine via MyChart. When I went to pick them up, Rob S. asked if I realized the quantity and cost. I told him I had requested only a month's worth and without hesitation he said he could take care of that for me. He counted out a month's worth and I paid for that amount. I am so grateful to Rob S. for knowing how to handle that situation. Thank you!
I'm new to taking medicine and new to how the pharmacy works. Today I'm writing to say Thanks to Marissa who is actively trying to help me get a refill. She sent an electronic request even though the doctor's staff is working on it. AND took my number and promised to send a text when it's ready. Here's hoping I get it soon. Thanks to you, Marissa for being so helpful and kind. I'll have to find out if I could've started a new review today; but, when I started to leave a review today, the following old one came up. They still deserve 5 stars imo.
Cindy G. in customer service understands the meaning of those words. She is always friendly, knows her job, and is able to resolve problems easily. Which is exactly what she did for me on my last visit. Kudos to her.”
“This is such a great place to come for lottery and other needs. The owners Anju and Jim always make me feel welcome and they never rush you when you are getting lottery. Such wonderful people. Also, the store is very clean and brightly lit. I am so grateful to have a convenient store like this one so close to home.”
“Close to me. Empty boxes all around. Not enough employees here. Especially since it's the holiday season. Cashier was awesome. Very polite and friendly. Did not see any other employees. Around 11am Saturday morning. Employee 5 STARS! Store 3 STARS.”
“A good place for authentic Hispanic items. It has all the basic stuff like beans and peppers. La Hispana is also good for getting hard to find things. Fresher than at most groceries. The prices are better here. Basic stuff along with more exotic foods. It has a lot of canned foods like beans as you can imagine. They also have fresher made stuff like salsa and tamales. It doesn't cost that much for the freshness. The salsa is about $2 for a container, and the tamales are about the same. Also they have lots of authentic candy. They have an almond brittle that is crunchy and sweet. It can be hard to find. It's located on State Street where it splits near the trans and it's easy to miss. This is worth finding though.”
“Recently changed ownership and they have remained a great place for small shopping needs. They have a little bit of everything, including a deli. Staff here is super friendly and it's just such a convenient place to grab essentials without having to shop through an enormous store. Prices are reasonable, if not less than others.”
“Lake county's best Giant Eagle, hands down. A hidden gem too, so sometimes crowds are less than what you'd expect. I will drive past other Giant Eagle's to get to this one.”
“I love shopping at GE. The prices are right they even have fresh sushi everything is fresh if it's a day old it's marked down meats and bakery they have a variety of juices.”
“We are so happy to have your store in our location. It so convenient to have something close by. I have gotten to know the staff over the years and everyone is always so friendly. They all work very hard and I appreciate them! Special shout out to Debbie and Renee. I see them there the most often and they are always friendly and professional!”
“If you're looking for essentials, you will find them here. If you're looking for variety, you may want to try another location. Definitely smaller than the other Giant Eagles and Meijer.”
“I was surprised about the selections available here. Prices were a little higher than elsewhere, but you pay for the convenience of not having to go any further from home. They also have "homemade" soups and other items available!”
“Mini grocery store! Awesome!
I was surprised how much product was packed into this place. But it also has a decent size footprint. It was clean. Stafford friendly. Every type of alcohol that you could hope to find at a gas station. Loads of grocery products. Produce. A deli setup with a meat cutter. Just from my walk through quick I think I saw 3 employees. So it's not just a tiny convenience store. It's a mini grocery store! Nice!”
