“I didn't know DXL had storefronts until I moved to Cleveland. Been a customer online for 10 years. I love being able to pickup my order for free at the store. I'm not much of a shopper but the store is beautiful, it's always kept immaculately and has the AC cranked up high. I have spoken with several of the people working here and they all go out of their way to ask if you need help, they're very knowledgeable of all their products and can help with sizing and deciding what works for you. Overall this place takes a chore I absolutely hate, and turns into an experience that makes me feel like I do deserve to wear something nice.”
