“Shopping at the North Olmsted store is always a good experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well organized. No feeling of being overcrowded. Well displayed and easy to find what I want.”
“Big and tall have a hard time finding comfy clothes. I crossed the river to go shopping here. Men's selection is very nice. Material is nice the fits are comfortable. The clothing is a bit more pricey. But like Terry Prachetts Guards series points out sometimes its cheaper in the longrun to bite down and get the more expensive item instead of replacing the cheaper item each year.
Women selection wasn't the prints or colors I'm interested in. Very Farmer wife chique and pastel.”

I have had several bespoke pieces made before and was looking to have another suit and shirt made for a special occasion. I looked around at several Cleveland stores and decided to go in on a Friday afternoon to see what Christophier had available. In between several other walk-in clients I was immediately accommodated. Maurice Jr. took almost an hour just to figure out what I was interested in. There are no flashy sales gimmicks here. He truly want's you to look the best you can in the style you want. We went through dozens of swatches to come up with my new clothes and they went to work making it. It took about 8 weeks and was reasonably priced for the intense amount of detail. At the first fitting it fit almost perfect off just the measurements. They had it tailored in the shoulders, waist, and pant cuffs (about 0.25-0.5 inches in each place) within 48 hours and I got called back in for my final fitting. The clothes, shoes, ties, and fragrances are all great here but Maurice's service sets them apart. Thank you to anyone that read this long review, but I'm a lifelong customer now and recommend anyone interested in high-quality clothes from a locally owned business to see Christophier Custom Clothiers.”

“I truly cannot speak highly enough of Geiger‘s excellence to customer service and integrity! Justin spent two hours making sure that I found the right skis and the right boots. His commitment to customer service is incredible. Buying skis is a very big purchase so he was definitely a blessing from God helping me through the entire process and making sure everything was right. Even if it takes him a long time to work through something, he always ensures that it’s done the right way. For example, Even after I was there for two hours the first time when I went skiing, the second time I buckled my boots too tight. I went back and just spent an additional 45 minutes of his time going over how to properly buckle the boots. Then when I went skiing after that, I had so much fun!!! Geiger’s and Justin have my continued business with all my Ski needs!!!”

“I remember buying some double fronts from this store in 2020 and they lasted me 5 years of abuse in the factory. For half a decade I thought I was wearing B01s, which are made in the USA. But in 2025 when they finally let out the death croak , I knew it was time to buy more. So I looked at the worn out tag and it read B136 made in Cambodia?
Needless to say, I was devastated because I wanted to support fellow manufacturers like myself , to help feed their family.
So I went to Carhartt yesterday to buy some B01s. For some reason when I asked the sales associate, she said you guys never carry them in stock. Which is odd because they’re Made in America and what blue collar worker wouldn’t want to support their own countrymen; no matter what country they’re in.
Taking a look at many of the products in the store, almost none are made in the US. So I just bit the bullet and bought the same old trusty B136s and tried them on. When I looked at the size on the tag, below it said MADE IN THE USA (with imported parts). I was ecstatic.
I’m writing this to say to Carhartt ; please dedicate time to categorizing your store. You all would make a killing if you designed your planogram to have MITUSA products in one section and the rest scattered about.
Blue Collar or White Collar, Gen Z is becoming more aware of ethical manufacturing and don’t want to support shady practices if they don’t have to. We trust in Carhartt due to its anti-fast fashion principles; make product that your grandchildren can wear once you’re done.
But the company would even gain more trust by backing the economy it’s profiting off of.
