We had been to several dealerships before stopping here and we saw tons of cars that trash thrown inside, glove boxes falling off, and overall terrible taken care of vehicles for the same price. We ended up getting our son a very well taken care of vehicle that was clean and priced perfectly for the car we bought. They didn’t pressure us and gave her a good wash before we left. We will be back in a few years when our daughter needs her first car.”

We were able to get our camper back just in time for our trip thanks to him.”

As I find myself more and more pressed for time, I am finding it difficult to stay on top of repairing and maintain my cars. This is the only shop I trust to take my cars to. Fred is an incredibly nice guy. But more importantly, honest about your car and fair with pricing. I 100% trust Fred at Ray’s tune up and recommend him to anyone.”
“Very friendly staff(Update)After picking my navigator up from getting new tires, they told me I had other front-end issues which they explained I needed more front-end work done. I have never gone to a shop that actually was concerned for the safety of not only me but the safety of my family. They got me in a quick as they could and fixed everything that was wrong. Also for all of our safety they asked me to bring it back in 500 miles to retorque the lug nuts and even had me sign a paper for it. I won't go to any other tire place from now on”

He changed the MAP sensor, installed a new intercooler for my turbo charger, and welded in a new flex exhaust pipe between the catalytic converter and the exhaust. “Tim is excellent at what he does, and the most honest mechanic I've ever met. He saves all the parts he replaces, so you can see what was wrong with them. I've never had to take my car back there twice to fix a problem. Once it's fixed, it's fixed, and nothing else "suddenly" goes wrong, like I've experienced with some other shops. He doesn't automatically suggest that the problem is the most expensive thing to fix, also like I've experienced with other shops. If all you need is a $20 part, then that's what he fixes. He doesn't cheap out on his parts either. He might be a little bit pricier than other shops, but he's absolutely worth it. I've been going to Tim for a couple of years, and I'll never take my car anywhere else. Also wanted to add that his shop has moved, and he's now at 726 S Walnut St.”

“If I could give 20 stars I would. I was on my way to Michigan from Cincy when my serpentine belt snapped. My roadside assistance said 3 hours for a tow. I called Hart’s they towed me 20 min later, the owner took me to lunch and let me use his office for phone meetings I had for work. Seriously. I was fixed up in 6 hrs by the boys. I’ll be stopping back to see them for any maintenance needs I have or just to BS.”
