“Great location... it's even better that they're a family owned & operated business! The owners & employees are very nice and it's a clean environment, good for meeting up with friends, co-workers or just a quick stop for gas, snacks, whatever you might want or need at their convenience. I would recommend visiting anytime, whether you're passing by or wanting good food for breakfast, lunch or dinner from the deli. They have specials & and an inviting menu. Not too bad for a jump off the highway & small town, local travel center!”

“For being a gas staion what makes me like this place is the workers for real i get vapes and they have to come out behind the register to get the ones i get i feel like any were eles i would get attitude about this but not there nice every time amd ive had a couple different people each time really makes a difference when you have friendlyness at a place and its always clean.”
“Penningtons is the only grocery store in our small town of Flatwoods Ky. So some residents go to the store multiple times a week or sometimes more than once in a day. I do wish they would be a little more considerate when hiring Cashiers because not only did I have a bad experience with an employee recently, my husband and my parents have all had a bad encounter with a new employee. On three separate occasions. She has blonde long hair and she's really a beautiful girl.... Until she has to do her job and then she shows an ugly, impatient side and if not for the Man over this store being Such an Awesome, trustworthy and reliable person, I may not have gone back. She looked at me and rolled her eyes at the elderly lady ahead of me for taking a little longer than most people, as if I was going to agree with that type of behavior. She did the same exact thing to me when I needed to put my phone number in to use my account points.”

“I've been going to hilltop market since April 2022 and they staff always make me feel welcome. Down to earth and I'm always in there with roommates and friends and they always joke around with us and almost always make us laugh. Especially the guy with the hair lol. Love the hilltop. Even if I keep saying I'll take my business to Sunoco haha”
“It’s a little ‘hood’ but that’s okay—I’m probably more comfortable in that type of environment than I would be some fancy store.They have a large variety, even with the store seeming so small—they make great use of the space. I also love that they sell things like pumpkin rolls around autumn. This was my go-to convenience store when I was in college. And a rough looking area or not—I’ve never been in a dangerous situation on that side of town.”

“I like this speedway but the store manager and the assistant both females need to get their attitudes in check. They have been rude to me on multiple occasions and I don’t really kno why bcuz the rest of the staff is friendly and always talking to me when I go in there. Makes no sense as to why they would single me out when I just started going there about two years ago when I moved up here. I’ve learned it’s just best to stay away from them and not talk just get my coffee and stuff and leave.”
“They got really good chicken liver my husband say but I had a chicken sandwich it's good but should ask u if like anything to put on like lettuce mayo tomato or something else like bbq sauce otherwise it's plain and I call it boarding sandwich lol they need offer otherwise my food was good”

“This local convenient mart has so much going for it! Known by everyone local as "Oasis", it offers what the local people want and need from breakfast, lunch and dinner needs to all sorts of soda and energy drinks to beer and wine. Did I mention that Oasis also has a small, pick up only, restaurant inside of the store?!?! Wow! The owner is there most of the time multitasking between running the register, cooking in the restaurant kitchen, serving his customers needs and often stocking the shelves. Not to mention, the guy has a great personality. He's always smiling, joking with his customers and you can usually catch him spreading cheer! His hours of operation are phenomenal too. Oasis opens at the crack of dawn and stays open all the way to midnight. The location of Oasis is centered smack dab in the middle of a main residential area in Portsmouth. Sounds great so far, right? Theirs more! They have ALL your tobacco needs!! From your favorite brand of cigarettes to pipe tobacco and tubes to all of your vape needs to a wide variety of wraps and other rolling needs to all of your tobacco glass needs to piercing and jewelry needs and, I do promise, much much more!!! The owners have done and continue to serve their communities convenient wants and needs! I am definitely proud for all Oasis does to provide excellence in serving it's community and for it's continual strive to adapting to the new ways in meeting the needs of the people it serves. Oasis has definitely earned it's spot with it's local people.”
“Each time I go to the CVS store located on Gallia Street in New Boston I am greeted by smiling employees who are very enthusiastic to help me locate any products and Ensure that every coupon did I have available is applied to my purchase at checkout. This store has so many products that some other CVS stores do not carry so I continue to drive up there for that reason and also because I just love the employees there!”

“After recently changing from medicaid to a private insurance, I have not been able to afford the medicine I need. Fortunately I got the chance to speak to Joe, who took the time out from his busy schedule to combine discount cards & get my medicine down to a price I could afford! Why didnt anyone else do this?! :( Thanks a million Joe ur great in what you do!”
“The only reason I did not give this place a 5 star rating is that they only have one fuel type here. Regular (87). Which I'm sure won't be a deterrent for most people. I only recently switched.
Otherwise, I have to say that the employees are always super friendly. It is clean, offers a a variety of goods and has great tasting slushies, especially if you mix the two flavors. (Which an employee suggested.)”

“Home made cooked meals besides chester fried chicken and great services if they don't have what you wanting they will talk to manager and get it for you there home feel they give you when you go in worth more than anything there not many store as kind like this you get the feel of services like it was back in old day of grandparents when they were kids besides good food and employs our so kind you end up feeling like family and friends and not to hight on the stuff they sell either”
