Today, we were assisted by Ruth. She was extremely diligent in her extensive effort, which resulted in my roommate and I both getting signed up through our completed applications. Her patience and understanding made the long procedure painless.

“Brian came out to do a emergency maintenance call on 10/18 my refrigerator just stopped working to my surprise, I called at 4 pm, Brian came out checked it out& by 5 o’clock had a temporary refrigerator in my place!! He was a lifesaver helping me save some of my food, He moved fast& he did it by himself, no other maintenance person was available!! Thanks Brian for helping me, God bless?”

“I have been here about two years. A friendly community, with an awsome pool. The kids love the basketball court and playground area ! I look forward to using our on site gym every night. My dog loves the paved walking paths and I like the pet waste stations for easy cleanup. When I leave for work , I just hop right on the interstate and I'm on my way. Nicholas place is really a community within a community! Highly recommend!”
