“Worked here over 20 years ago and still to this day love Lannings. Best meat selection and quality…the produce is always good. I can’t wait for peach season because they always get the best peaches! One of our favorite things about Lannings is there LUNCH- you can’t beat what they offer hot and ready for lunch. OH! And their wine and drinks selection has insanely improved over the years! Now we don’t have to drive to centerburg’s hometown market! I can tell you from working there as a teenager and knowing the Gilardi and Phillippi families- they are great wholesome people, and it’s always better to shop local and support the towns families.”
“On a whim, I ordered an Italian sub today. It was awesome. The sandwich had a very thick stack of freshly sliced meats and cheese, lettuce, tomato and a tasty dressing on a soft sub roll. So yummy! I also tried one the new homemade glazed donuts. So good! I also bought an amazing loaf of homemade honey wheat bread, fresh from the oven and a delicious pumpkin bread. This store is a local treasure.”

“First time stopping in this store and I had some produce coupons. The owner of the store was extremely kind and helpful. Went above and beyond to help me out. Very caring and sweet person and all the other staff were very friendly and kind. The lady from the bakery gave my son a sticker. The produce was very fresh and delicious. I would drive 20 min out of my way to come back here. Great customer service!”
“Cheap prices, well organized. Good place to get bread (not at all stale), canned goods, and candy. Watch expiration dates- most items are within expiry but some can be years expired (except the bread. The bread is always fresh)”

“It's one of the only places in the area you will find those special items we used to easily find on every corner on the west coast. They carry candy and gum thay comes without the food coloring and nasty ingredients so it's worth a 30 minute drive for me to get my kids a treat. Otherwise I have to order online. You won't find toxic ingredients here and that I love. They have meat, organic frozen food,, snacks and veggies, etc.. The clerks are informative and there are a variety of choices. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it does seem overpriced due to it being one of the only stores you can purchase such things so it takes advantage of that.”

“I walked in to get 3 items and walked out with 6 bags.... the produce selection was VERY GOOD and icecream was on a ridiculous sale for some wonderful flavors. My only problem was O should have realized men don't shop for a birthday card for their wife in a grocery store. They have a HUGE selection for the busy woman to pick up a card for anything without having to go somewhere else but I guess when men are looking they go to a card store... or Walmart.”

“Used to be, (still is?), an IGA grocery store. You can buy anything from fajita tortilla shells to some one off Christmas decorations. It is unique and the only place you have a somewhat decent selection of beer or liquor in what is, essentially, Amish country. Strange, but pleasant. On a side note, pay no attention to the quiet old man in the closet when you first walk in.”
