Robin, Dennis, and too many to name helped us. They resolved the issue and made us feel like family. Shopping with friends and family is great!”
“This MEIJER has been recently updated and looks very clean and inviting. It is much better than the sawmill location and I prefer it over that one. They also have self checkout with no item limit which I appreciate!

“I used to LOVE Target; I feel their prices are too high for the quality and their pricing isn't in sync with competitors. THEN came Meijer...Love everything about them except too few locations. I have to go out of my way to get to them since I moved. And now I have Big Lots. I admit I was sceptical and still had my reservations. It was difficult to put aside my negative feelings of "Odd Lots" some many years ago. I'm glad I stopped in. They are a smaller version of a one stop shop and I was pleased with their prices. If you haven't been since odd lots, I highly recommend putting aside any biases and take a minute or two and walk through their doors. You'll be glad ya did!”

“I was told to come to tractor supply for supplies for my pocket pets bc its so much cheaper than amazon, Walmart, petsmart, etc. And its so true! They are so much cheaper even when petsmart is having sales. I totally recommend checking this place out. The customer service was great too. The stuff I needed was easy to find without assistance. “Morse Rd location Saturday afternoon approximately 4 pm. Great sale , store stocked and great presentation of merchandise clearly marked, sale signs posted. Greeted by employees while shopping. Check out was Amazing! clerk was cheerful and a pleasure to interact with. A great shopping experience! I have two big lots closer to me but was in the area for dinner. I would definitely drive out of my way, to experiencethe great customer service displayed by team members at this location.?????? ?”

“Great customer service. It was very clean and the shelves were all stocked.
The only thing that I saw was the security needs to be closer to the stores and walk in them from time to time. People are still walking out of the stores with items and walking through the parking lot with them.”
“Meijer needs to do better with their staff and also managing the customer service desk. Purchased an item at self checkout, changed mind because of the cost, the staff was supposed to remove from my order of which she came to the register and took the item with her. I checked out and looked at my receipt, she did not remove the item from my order. I found her and she took the item in question to the service desk to help get my money back. We waited 20 minutes in line at the service desk as she was helping a customer with a self pickup and took her time and chatted with the customer over non business related stuff for 10 minutes. Then she finally came back to the service desk to handle the 3 people in line. A quick 5 minute trip turned into 30 minutes.”
“When I went in and started looking around I was worried that this location was one of the Big Lots that is closing because the shelves were bare. There were literally 3 boxes of cereal on the shelf. I spoke with an employee and they said they were in between changing supply warehouses and they should be restocked by next week. I didn't find the things I was looking for, but I found a few things that I wasn't. Also, the store is clean and tidy.”
“i like this store a LOT more that the one in new albany, that one is too clean and it's for people who have pinterest. i love the one in westerville because its clientele is people like myself who would do crack if they could afford it”
“This shop is my favorite in this area of very limited restaurants and no grocery store for miles. However they have general merchandise and cleaning supplies, disposable paper goods, light bulbs and pretty much standard dollar store fare.Plus there is an entire phone store plus accessories, cords and cases etc. Small electronics radios, fans, clocks which I have purchased from. They have a large selection of faux designer bags that you will never see from the original designer. Cosmetics and wigs plus some women's clothing and shoes. The guys that run this shop are the least hostile and I have never witnessed them smoke at the counter. They speak English and engage with their customers, which does not happen at any of the other stores in this area.”

“I was at the Kohl's at Lewis Center, Ohio. I found this location has a wide selection of available quality merchandise, it has a variety of merchandise choices in sizes and colors. I found it easy to find what I was looking for. This location has comfortable atmosphere and the associates are helpful, friendly, approachable and timely with their customer service. There is plenty of parking nearby and close to the store's entrance.”

“The usefulness of an older checkout cashier should never be underestimated. My cashier was very nice and helped me to save an extra 15% off my t-shirts, even if I wasn't accepted as a regular Kohl's shopper. It really helped me, because I didn't have enough credit to become a regular!”
