“When I first rented here, I didn’t realize there are designated access hours for the units and that the rent rate can adjust (that was in the documents, but I overlooked it). Even so, the customer service has been kind and helpful.

“My experience at extra space storage was amazing. I originally purchased a smaller unit and needed a bigger one. The gentleman that helped me was very patient and pleasant to work with. The unit was also clean no bugs or spider webs in sight. I 100% recommend using them for your storage needs!”

“Smooth sailing for the check in online and In-person to sign the lease. Ladies at the front desk were chill. Storage area was fine except the ceiling of it wasn't finished. But it didn't leak when I went to check on it. Everything appears to be in good shape so far.”
