“I called this morning and spoke to the manager in Reynoldsburg, in a single mom working part time and going to school full time. I have no help when it comes to finances. And they sent me a message about 6 months about that they were increasing the amount from $240-$290. Well I got another letter today telling me they were going to increase it to $319 that’s more than half of what I make in one check. I called and explained my situation and luckily for me they were able to keep me at the $290. I understand times are hard and money is a priority, but increasing every 6 months is not doable especially when I’m trying to get my life back together. I lost my job right after becoming a single mom. My child has been sick all summer and he’s sick again. I’m doing the best I can to keep the stuff I have so I don’t have to replace it when I move again. Thank you to the manager in Reynoldsburg, I really appreciate you!”
