“Quaint Italian market with quality selection of goods from sauces, fresh/dry pasta, baked desserts, anti-pasta and salads, and excellent chicken salad to name a few. The butcher and seafood counters have quality products with help that is knowledgeable and friendly. They have a section with freshly cooked Italian take home products; plus they make excellent pizza … the thin crust pepperoni is delicious. If the store isn’t enough, the restaurant next door is fantastic. Great cooking school too!”
“Tonight Monica and the manager were so helpful and friendly helping me with a return. I was in a pickle and their kindness was very much appreciated. I don't know her name but the girl with dark hair who does pickup orders is nice and friendly as well. Grateful for my local Aldi!”
“This MEIJER has been recently updated and looks very clean and inviting. It is much better than the sawmill location and I prefer it over that one. They also have self checkout with no item limit which I appreciate!

“My house won’t be without Trisha’s Elderberries products! What a difference her Elderberry Syrup has made getting my family through the seasonal crud that floats around. I take the Resilience drops daily; they fit perfectly in my purse for on the go. The best part is all her products are natural ingredients!”
“So I stopped in today in between 4:30pm and 5:30pm got to the deli department and was greeted by a employee named Danny who was amazing and so very helpful on helping me pick out some tasty lunch meat he was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great ... want to thank u Danny in the deli u are awesome ? we need more people like u ....”

“The Positive:
~The store is extremely clean & inviting. ~The selection was pretty good.
~The popcorn was delicious and one of the girls working in the popcorn section was extremely nice, and a great salesperson. She got my husband to buy a bag even when we have about 20 bags of microwave popcorn. It's also a brand name bagged popcorn that also makes microwave popcorn-it tastes just like my home popped, and it's a lower calorie popcorn. You can only get it at one grocery store in Columbus, all others only sell the pre-popped bagged popcorn that is the same name. I won't say names of the product or the store so my review won't get posted.
The just to know:
~Just like any store you have to watch the prices. Many think that if you buy from a bulk store that prices are automatically lower, this is not always the case.
The negatives:
~Not much staff was wkg & it was hard to find someone on a question we had.
~The company that supplies their meatballs must have changed the 'Beef' meatballs. I actually accused my hubby of picking up the all meat ones when he went by himself the last time. We threw those away thinking maybe it was packaged wrong, when I saw beef on the front packaging. Sadly, this recent package of Beef Meatballs tasted the same.
They truly taste like a mushy all meat product. We have thrown this 2nd package away as well.
I will only eat all beef in ANY product. I have for over 35 yrs, since I started doing my own shopping...so I definitely know when it's labeled as All Beef what it should taste like, especially when I have been buying these for around a decade or longer. The company they are using has either downgraded their quality or are purposely labeling them wrong.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE BEEF MEATBALLS.
~The selection has changed since they moved from down the street about 5-7 miles. I miss the old selections that were available. Also, as a disabled person using a walker or a mobility scooter, if my husband wasn't with me, I would not have been able to reach a lot of products. The one thing I like about regular grocery stores is that they have almost everything at a height that can be reached, with a bit of extra stock on the top shelf but even if the extra stock is all gone, they have more customers and staff that I can ask for assistance to get the product I need.
Suggestion for the company:
~ It would be great if the company would open a location in Sunbury or Mt. Vernon Ohio. Many people would love to shop with you, but even the High St location is far for this area. Sunbury is growing leaps & bounds because of the chip factory & all the other businesses that work with, supply or support them. Even the housing availability is short in this area and others.”
“Good prices! Primarily serves the commercial and nonprofit sectors. Unit quantity is a bit higher than traditional markets. The savings make up for the purchase of the larger size packages.”
“Went to get a fruit trays and a veggie trays for my Uncle's birthday party. This store had the freshest looking out of all the stores around. The quality was good, unfortunately I bought too much so some went to becoming a smoothie and the rest went in the trash.”
“Market District Giant Eagle is a nice store to shop. I have been shopping there for several years. Prices seem to be generally higher, but I don't have time to compare the prices at different stores. I use coupons and get rewards.”
“I love this place, but the produce department always has SO MUCH MOLDY FRUIT. I put SOME of the boxes i found filled with mold on top of the counter to show! Still love the rest of the store, oh but if you want catering-good luck, they aren't organized, helpful, or knowledgeable in any way, they didn't have any serving spoons, forks, clips, pie cutter, no bags to put anything in, so they put my order in dirty smashed cardboard boxes, they were dragging their feet literally so slow. He also couldn't find the thing to scan for my order for about 17 minutes. Maybe cater somewhere else! But if you're looking for regular groceries and products go here it's great for that! Lol”

“We started coming to this Kroger in March when the Pandemic was in full swing. It's 3 miles from our home and our other Kroger is only a mile away from the house; still, we make the weekly short trek to New Albany as this store is better stocked than the other one so it became out tried and true go-to store. Plus, it's on the way to our doggie day care we have more than one stop and it is between our home and where my parents reside in their assisted living in Granville so it became our stop for them since July. Great, great, great consistent staff. Very friendly. Very professional and fun despite this awful time in our country. I will admit when this store was undergoing renovations about a year or so ago, I hate it. There was absolutely no method to the madness where items were temporarily placed. Thank God we hung in there. Now we use both Krogers close to the house. This one for our weekly stop and the other as it has a liquor store inside when we need fresh bottles for our home bar! :)”

Please explore and see what they have. It's not a Kroger, but I really like what they do and what they sell. Very interesting selections of products. Fantastic customer service, much better than Kroger..etc”
