“I don’t have anything bad to say. They worked with me when I had to pay later than my due date. When I didn’t like my original storage unit they took time out their schedule to walk me through other units they thought I would like. I didn’t have to worry about my stuff being broken into. Very clean facility and nice staff!”

“Love our local CubeSmart at E Dublin Granville Rd in Worthington where we have 3 units! Both Keith and Meci run the place like a charm. Whenever we’ve needed anything one of them has always been available and more than helpful. This is a well run business and I would highly recommend it. Always clean, safe and well monitored. Unfortunately I hear that Keith will soon be retiring as GM and we will be sorry to see him go. “Started out great, changed to larger unit-Kathy was awesome.since then the price went up from 122 mo. without Xtra charges ....now its 200 mo. With addl charges. Even though nothing changed and I even went to auto withdraw to lower charges.
Still paying it but will try to downsize next few month.
Do consider cleanliness and fab workers a posiitive.”
“I haven’t had issues here really, it’s always clean and even when the weather is bad the staff has helped me shovel into my unit. I recently got a call from Heather with great news regarding rent that has helped me. I have been highly satisfied with this storage for the 2 years I’ve had it. “Stephanie was absolutely the nicest facility manager that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with . If the New Albany location weren’t so far from me I would move all of my business to her facility! She was understanding and helpful and went above and beyond to help me get a unit emptied in a timely manner into my vehicle so I didn’t have to use a rental truck at a high cost per mile.

“I don’t remember the gentleman’s name that ran the place but he was very kind. I tried to rent a U-Haul from another location the day before and they called me to tell me the truck would not be back until 1:30 PM instead of 1. No big deal, I could go at 1:30. At 1:30 I showed up and the truck was not there. The next day I called this location which was a Sunday. He said he had a truck available and would book it for me right over the phone. He made the process very easy, explained how everything worked and gave me tips and tricks to drive the truck since I had never driven a U-Haul before. Overall it was a great experience.”
“I've rented uhauls from several locations around Columbus. The team here is by far the best. They are courteous, work fast, friendly, and make the entire experience great. I've also rented a storage unit from them. The units are clean and are priced fairly. Highly recommended all the way around.”

“Everyone probably knows that renting a U-Haul can be a real crapshoot experience. Usually ranging from annoying to straight up sketchy. Polaris Self Storage has at least momentarily redeemed the experience of renting a U-Haul for me. Super nice and helpful folks working there, prompt e-communication, and they actually had and held the equipment I reserved when I showed up (not usually the case with U-Haul...they might have it, they might not). I highly recommend Polaris Self Storage for your U-Haul rental if you want the experience to be smooth and painless.”
