“I accidentally scratched the side of my car. First i tried to get a quote at another body shop. It took them a week before i heard back and the quote felt high.
So i decided to shop around and discovered Fine Line Auto body. They had better reviews and i can assure you they earned it. I drove in without an appointment and they quoted it on the spot and they gave me different options to fix it. Due to xmas season, i could only afford the cheapest option.
I had my car fixed in a day turnaround. I was amazed by their work. I cant even tell where the scratches were.
I cant remember the names of the staff that helped me but they were amazing. They were friendly yet professional.”

“So, I've dealt with quite a few shops, but I've never, ever had one I felt so good about. WOW is my review. They're the nicest people. Very patient with me and all my questions. And the car was returned so quickly, I've never had a car returned that quickly with that much being done. And icing on the cake is HERTZ car rental is on site at this location. I will never use another shop going forward. This location is the best I've found. 10 stars all the way! The car was returned to me looking better than when it was purchased!
UPDATE: Just realized this shop even detailed the car. The rims were all cleaned on all 4 wheels. Inside all cleaned up. Smells great! Wow, i called my insurance rep to tell her how great this shop is. I will be recommending them to everyone i get the chance. I was just too happy to notice the extra details they threw in.
Update 2. 3rd time using this shop. Still the best several ever. Everyone here is just awesome.”

“My dad, brother and myself have all been taking our vehicles here for years. Had my ready lift leveling kit installed here recently. They also added air bags on the rear and that eliminated all of the sag while towing. Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!”
“TC is an absolute legend. I have been having cars tuned here back since about 2010. They have tuned a half dozen or more cars over the years. Great shop. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Getting to chat with TC about suspension set up is a brilliant no cost addition to any visit! If you have a VAG product or BMW this is your place.”

“We took our car to Rieser Brothers and as we were getting the quote we knew it was the place we wanted to do business. So professional and personal that you know you are going to have a good experience. Everyone we dealt with was amazing! Jackie and anyone who was in the office went above and beyond to help us. They even texted Enterprise to be sure they were coming so I could get my rental in a timely manner. The work itself was so good that you can’t even tell the car had an issue. They worked with our insurance to be sure we were taken care of and acted like we were their only customer.

“My top on my 2013 XK has had the rear window coming out for the last two years. I’ve been jury rigging it with 3m adhesive and Gorilia tape! I finally bitvthe bullet and looked to feet it fixed. Only way to fix it is to rep,ace the top. Over 5K at the dealer! Tops online was $1600, tried EBay and got a new Tops Online Top for $820 in the Blue color ( last one they had)…. Now looked around the Mid Ohio area for someone to install it. Dealer said they didn’t do especialy if not bought thru them. Referred me to several upholstery shops but none of these wanted or couldn’t do the work. Then tried Tritex Corp on Holly St in Columbus. They quoted me a rough timeline of 12 hours and said it would be no problem! Made appointment the next week took the car in on Sunday dropped off keys in drop box. Got call Tuesday morning it was done! Looked great! Cost was 9 hours Labor (3 less then quoted) which out the door was $1120.00 so got the whole thing done for just over Two Grand. Very professional, friendly, excellent work and quick! Highly recommend Tritex Corp in Columbus Ohio for this kind of work. The Top from EBay’s Tops on Line store was high quality and exactly like the factory item. Ohh this also included taking the headliner from my original top and re-installing that as well! If you need this kind of work done loom no further then Tritex Corp! Here are some pics…”

“Excellent service. I had a minor front bumper incident and needed to replace some of the trim and plastic components at the bottom of the bumper. I bought the aftermarket pieces and tried to fix my car myself, but once I realized it was a more intensive repair than I thought, I took my car to ABS. Neva looked at my car in depth with me and showed me the extra pieces I would need to properly fix my car (and why I needed them) and quoted me a fair price to install them. Once my parts came in, they took care of the rest. The drive-through is convenient for a quick and easy estimate, the drop-off and pick-up were painless, and the location is incredibly convenient. I would definitely recommend this shop to others.”
