“I accidentally scratched the side of my car. First i tried to get a quote at another body shop. It took them a week before i heard back and the quote felt high.
So i decided to shop around and discovered Fine Line Auto body. They had better reviews and i can assure you they earned it. I drove in without an appointment and they quoted it on the spot and they gave me different options to fix it. Due to xmas season, i could only afford the cheapest option.
I had my car fixed in a day turnaround. I was amazed by their work. I cant even tell where the scratches were.
I cant remember the names of the staff that helped me but they were amazing. They were friendly yet professional.”
“I’ve dealt with these guys three or four times now over the last few years. Two of those times they got me out of a jam and didn’t charge me a penny. You are not gonna find better service or value anywhere unless you know someone, and I’ve gotten the impression these guys just take care of everyone this way. “I’ve used sigmaTec a handful of times, and I’ve had good enough experiences to send another handful of people their way. I originally had them recommended to me as Subaru experts, but they work on other makes, too.
sigmaTec always prices extremely fairly. They are honest, even if it keeps them from making a buck. They talk about the issues directly, and I’ve never once seen them do that crappy thing where they won’t talk to a ‘girl’ because they “wouldn’t understand car stuff”. When I go with my partner, they are treated with the same respect I am.
I love this shop, and I’ll gladly keep waiting for appointments and driving half an hour to get to them just to give them business.”
“Got off work this AM. Flat tire with a screw or nail in it. Found them open and slowly drove there. They tried to fix tire but could not. I got a replacement and was able to get home safely. I kept dozing at their site. Everyone was professional and competent. If you are a female, this is a good place to go.”

They worked with me and let me pay overtime which was a big weight off my shoulders. Other place wanted all the money up front before working on my jeep. “I have a long history here and they have always done me right. I ordered a set of wheels and tires for my truck and decided I didnt want them and the salesman told me there was a restocking fee. I was ok with that, I did place the order. He called me later to tell me that the wheels/tires they had ordered where the wrong ones for my truck and wouldn't fit. So he did not charge me the restocking fee. I did end up buying 7 tires for my dually and most recently I brought my daughter's Honda CRV in and they evaluated the tires for free. It's a quality place and the prices are decent. The downsides? Long waits but they do have an air conditioned lobby. My advice is, do not buy used tires, comparison shop, then try these folks out and see what you think.”

David walked me through the entire process from them, gave me recommendations and a multitude of options to fit what I was looking for in the time frame I had to work with. The office staff was super friendly and helped me out with the questions i had after the initial call and visit. I have a 2015 ram and when they finished it drove the way it did when I pulled off the lot. Its been a long time since it drove this well. Were definitely customers for life. They explained what was done when I picked the truck up and even showed me the difference in wear on the parts they replaced VS the new parts installed.”
