“I deal with a lot of reselling items online & this is usually my go to post office since it’s right by my house. I have never really had a bad experience here, the staff is always kind and attentive towards me, I have also never had my items lost or anything, things arrive in a timely manner. Will continue coming here.”

“Hey! Shout out to Dwight and Sarah! This post office? It effing rules! I go here everyday. Why? I run my own business and I love the service I get here. Sure I could print my own labels but... No way, this place has never let me down. They have never made a mistake. They know me personally now from years of going in all the time and I sincerely enjoy seeing them and chatting for a minute. They are always pleasant, helpful, and very good at their jobs. Do not even worry about sending your mail out here, it is in good hands.”

“Jonathan is THE MAN! Every time my wife and/or I have been in this USPS location, Jonathan has gone above and beyond… Passports, sending parcels, locating lost packages, any and everything Jonathan has helped us with great detail and invites us back to follow up! The USPS need to keep Jonathan, promote Jonathan, let Jonathan train new hires and give him a raise! Thank you!”

“This is the only post office in the Columbus area that when mailing overnight packages, the package will be delivered on time. Cut off time is 5pm for overnight delivery (post office is open till 6pm). Sometimes there is a long line and only 2 people working, but those 2 people are very friendly.”

“Very fast and friendly service at 8am, thank you very much! I walked in at 8:01am, got out at 8:08am. There was a line, but that is to be expected on a weekday. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and understood what I wanted. There are all sorts of envelopes, stamps, package boxes, and labels inside. The store is a bit small so I would have packages or mail ready for the counter ahead of time if possible, that is what makes the line go faster!”

“Whenever I need to send a package, literally ever, I come to the post office on Broad. The people are pleasant and also quick get you done so people don't have to wait, and that is the main draw for me.”

“I don’t typically go to USPS to mail anything; so I was unsure what to do and had a couple of questions. Upon initially walking in I was bitterly serviced by an old white woman that was really unwelcoming and unhelpful. Instead of assisting me, or answering my questions- she was immediately rude and sent me to the back of the long line in an attempt to make me feel stupid. Thank God I had a different (much nicer) woman helping me when I finally got back up to the counter. Regina was SO kind, so helpful, and so pleasant. Turned my experience at this location completely around! She answered all my questions with grace! Now I know what to do next time I come in. She should teach the other employee some customer service skills:)”

“Can’t say enough. Staff is super friendly! Best service you’ll find. She’ll go out of her way to help when I’m bringing in my daily drop off pkgs. I choose to go here over other post offices.”

“I gave 5 stars because the guy who works here was so nice. He explained to me that this is not an actual post office it's a "financial office". You can only ship packages and buy stamps here. Anything that has to do with actual mail delivery or mail carrier issues you have to go to the Twin Rivers office (on the side of the building where hold mail is picked up). BTW, if you're sending out an overnight package the cut off time is 4:55 p.m. the same time as Twin Rivers post office. Even though Twin Rivers is open until 6:00 p.m.(not 7pm as advertised) the overnight cut off time is 4:55.Also, I just read a lot of the reviews on this post office regarding mail not being delivered. I am in the same situation. Informed delivery says I have mail every day but I rarely receive it. Sometimes it gets returned to Sender with the reason 'address unknown '. If my address was unknown then why do I sometimes I get mail?UGH..... But this situation falls upon the Twin Rivers post office not with this place, because it is not a real post office, it's basically just a retail store.”

“I don't usually leave reviews, but this location is absolutely amazing. The staff is wonderful. They're efficient and kind. Sure they're understaffed and in a busy location, but so is everywhere else. Overall, I'd say my experience was very positive”

“This is not a retail location. I went there to pick up my held mail. I had my doubts that one ring of the bell would be sufficient for service, but someone did come in a short time. He was very friendly and let me use one of their bins to transport all of my packages to my car, which I really appreciated.”

“I feel for the staff working here, I really do (except one I'll get to in a second). The West side is a difficult, mean & often smelly crowd to do business with. The staff there were all accomodating of our late appt arrival for passport except the older blk lady who was saying very rude, prying things trying to get the other staff to turn us away for being late. Luckily they have a bigger heart than her. We have a complex co-parenting situation and took off work to be there and accidentally picked the wrong hour. She's looking for a fight with any customer, was rude to everyone! I appreciate the men there and young blk woman who were professional considering the impatient, verbal crowd behind us.”

“Nice folks. Materials well stocked. Not super busy in mornings but of course busy with lines in afternoons during holidays. There was a Karen today mad about the passport process, she misunderstood the directions and made it about the service she received while being loud and accusatory, trying to get everyone riled up. The postal staff remained calm and kind, trying to focus on solutions for her.”
