“I was able to get a good fare honest opinion about my vintage battery also was pointed in the direction of replacing it with the company that does vintage batteries for my car they charged me only $10 to do a complete check of my battery and recharging it to see if it would hold and it did not so we got a new one so keep up the good work we were recommended to Kirk's battery from Al's service in Parma.”

“Any vintage or new amplifier I brought to be worked on was fixed/recapped/retubed/modified or cleaned in a reasonable time. Highly recommended, I do not know of many places in Cleveland that can service and fix old Fender and Sunn Amplifiers other than this”

“Dropped the phone off for a battery swap, guy said 30 min wait, so I ran across the road for a quick bite to eat and made it back before 30 min. The phone phone was ready under 30 min and the battery cost was reasonable at $40. I don't know about the rest of the service offered, but the guy was cool and took care of me for what I needed. I have them a 4 only because there's always room for improvement, otherwise they were a 5 star”

“Had my watch go crazy and die...so they took a look at it,put in a claim for me, since i did not have insurance, i was charged 20 dollars for a service charge prety much..it was a better option than shipping it and risking it would end up "lost" in route WITHOUT insurance...and down time..so having the store so close was a BIG plus because i was able to exchange it a week later after it arrived and i was able to get back to the store...overall very happy i was able to get a replacement watch 5 pro by SAMSUNG.Fast service, friendly customer care...phones on site, easy payments...credit checks”

“I had recently moved to Cleveland and needed to replace my speakers for an apartment sized space. Knowing nothing about the store except the nod to the Bowie song of the same name I ventured in to look around. Michael greeted me and inquired if I needed help finding anything. We proceeded to a room with multiple sets of speakers that could switch back and forth for comparison listening. I really liked the Paradigm bookshelf size speakers immediately but Michael wanted to make sure I had the right pair and asked several useful questions about what I listened to and really took the time to insure the correct purchase was made.Never tried to suggest I needed something larger or more expensive and responded honestly and directly to my numerous questions. It was a very enjoyable experience and I’m sure to go back there for my next piece of high end gear when I deem it necessary!”

“Great customer service and is the only place I’ve found that will resurface discs near me. I bought GTA San Andreas from them and the disc was flawless, it even had the poster still in it! I highly recommend them if you want to buy a retro game as they are all resurfaced and tested unlike half price books or GameStop.Edit: They saved my gt4 disc! I always thought it was a goner after it would'nt run but I took it to them to resurface it as a last ditch effort and when I got home it worked! 100 percent worth the 3 bucks it cost to get it done”
